• Nothing.
• It was dirty, smelled, and didn't even have an elevator. Awful. Would never stay there again.

“Awful. Would never stay there again. It was dirty. It smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it claimed to be all nonsmoking. It didn't feel clean anywhere. There wasn't an elevator. There were elderly people trying to manage the stairs and were in pain. It was pitiful. I was sorely disappointed.”

“Ok, nothing special. Close to freeway. I generally trust Best Western to be safe and clean and this hotel was ok. There was no elevator to help get our luggage up to the room.”

• Staff was fantastic.
• Fitness room equipment needs major overhaul.

“Outstanding staff and friendly. One lady helped us when we were not yet even staying at the property. Because of her, we ended up staying another three days. She was caring, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and an all around outstanding representative of this hotel.”

• Cleanliness, friendliness of staff & location.
• Room was little old. I requested a king non smoking but they only had 2 queens, which I have a problem with since my husband uses a CPAP machine.

• Clean rooms, indoor pool, and location.
• Last day room service ran us out before checkout.

“Upon check-in the staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and the indoor pool was really good. On the last day of our stay, room service began knocking on our doors to get us out. Check-out was supposed to be at 12noon. We began getting notices to leave at 9am, then again at 9:45am, and then again at 10:30am. We finally checked out and left. Overall experience was good until the last day.”

• It was in excellent condition and the rooms are very nice.
• Was unable to upgrade to more expensive room.
