• Older hotel.

“Stay was comfortable. Rooms are older needing upgrades. Staff was very pleasant. Good value for the cost.”

“The hotel was really great and the service was good too. They need more towels and different breakfast. But all in all the hotel was great.”

• Nothing to like about a dirty roach and ant infested hotel.
• Everything.

“If it were me I would never stay in a super 8 hotel again and probably won't. I definitely will not recommend it to friends or family. I would rather sleep in my car. If I rated this hotel it would be negative two stars.”

• The staff was friendly.
• They did not have an elevator nor central air in the stairwell.

“When traveling with small children, an elevator would be nice. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke.”

• Good value for the money and close to airport.
• Getting to the room was a bit of a maze on 2nd floor.

“Ideal for beach goers that don't plan to stay in their rooms much. Good location to travel to all areas of Corpus Christy in short distances (15 miles or less). A/C worked great, had refrigerator, soap, shampoo hair dryer and coffee in room like an upscale hotel. I would stay here again.”

• Lowest price in area.
• Only one light in the room worked. All lamps in room had no light bulbs except one which was burned out.

“I do not recommend this hotel. The room that we were given had 4 lamps of which only 1 had a light bulb in it, which was burned out. The only light in the room was the restroom light and the light outside the restroom by the door. When I went to the desk to ask for light bulbs the desk clerk stated that she had no light bulbs but would find some and bring them to my room. She never brought them.”

• The room was clean, comfortable king bed, and good working AC.
• Gazebo area by outdoor pool could have been cleaner and the lawn and plants could have been cared for better.

“Hotel is a good buy for the Corpus Christi area during the 4th of July. It was half of what other motels/hotels cost in the bay and beach area. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is not far from the Bayfront or Padre Island. Very easy access to IH37 to go to the Bayfront and Padre Island Blvd. to Padre Island. Hotel is about 1/4th mile from the exit onto IH37 and Padre Island Blvd.”

• Willing to make room changes.
• Poor location. Not a good part of town.

“The location is the worst part of this hotel. It is not in a safe part of town. There are truck drivers that are parked in the parking lot, giving the impression its more of a truck stop. I did not feel secure outside at night.”

• Nice conferral bed good TV.
• Room keep didn't work.

“I was not please when found out that my room key wouldn't work We had to get one of the person that work there to let us in that night and couldn't even go anywhere without some one to let us in.”

• We did not stay, reason is they have a pet policy.
• No pets allowed.

• Cheap, close to the testing center I was there for.
• The area of town had some shady looking people at area convenient stores.
