• Location.
• Staff was short and it took almost 40 minutes to check in.

“The rooms were small and the room numbers where not in order. This was a no frills hotel.”

• The front desk staff was very helpful and nice, free internet, comfy bed, free local calls.
• 1st room I was in had a funky smell, coffee pot was broke, but 2nd room was just fine.

“Staff is very helpful and want to make you as comfy as you can be. It's a very comfy place, beds give a great nice sleep, internet access and local calls are few, unlike some of the more expensive hotels in the area where you have to pay extra for those. They also have a nice, clean breakfast area in the lobby for the guests.”

• Convenient to interstate and south side of Ok.
• Either the chain needs to buy the vacant Dennis and Demo it open a restaurant themselves looks bad.

“Great hotel bed was comfy except the linens need upgrading a bit, rest of the stay was non eventful like enjoyed the stay.”

• Staff was excellent and helpful, iron was helpful.
• Someones hair left on bed covers, trash by nightstand.

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was simple but very comfy. I liked that it had an ironing board and the water stayed hot in the shower. All in all, a nice, simple place to stay. Plus, how can you miss when it is right by a Waffle House, Wal-Mart, etc.”

• Not in a safe area.

“Hotel was clean with spacious rooms and friendly staff. However, located in very unsafe area of Oklahoma City. This should have been made clear in advance of accepting reservation.”

• The rooms are adequate size and the bathroom is a little offset, so no light in everyone's eyes at night.
• Only the sheers close all the way. Area around hotel is rundown.

“Very friendly, clean and comfortable, but room did have a slight smoky smell, though a non-smoking room.”

• We all loved the free breakfast, especially the freshly made Belgian waffles.
• The beds were TINY and not comfortable.

“The staff was great, and accommodated my non-smoking room request very pleasantly. There were 2 beds in the room like I asked for, which was very nice, but they didn't seem like full-size FULL size, and I have a full-size at home so I know how big they are.”

• Front desk receptionist very friendly.
• Safety was an issue, room was on backside with poor lighting. Being females in room only, there was several men sitting outside drinking by my room.

“I was not pleased with this hotel and I felt this was poorer quality of hotel than usual. Safety was an issue, did not rest well. Men outside my door drinking and hollering until at least 4 a.m. Being female I did not feel comfortable in my room. I did not call the front desk because I did not want to be a problem and I knew they were booked heavy. Room was not clean appeared to have blood or something on hair dryer. I would not recommend this hotel, or stay there again.”

• I liked being on the first floor and the cleaning staff as considerate.
• It would have been never looking if the old Denny's next to it wasn't abandoned.

“It was a hotel I wouldn't mind staying at again. The bedding was nice, as well as the bathroom set up. I slept well, felt safe, and had no trouble with anything at all.”

• The ease of access to the main highways.
• The beds had some type of pole in the center and I kept hitting it getting in/out of bed.

“If you are looking for a bed to stay in the is a decent nights sleep and a value for your money this is it. Staff was very nice.”

• The housekeeping staff didn't do a good job cleaning, Did not replace towels and were very rude.

• 10 degrees, had to wait for staff to get right keys to room.

“Staff was friendly, location was okay, and room was decent. Staff gave us wrong keys; family had to wait outside in the cold to get in. Staff had to fix door lock. Beds were very uncomfortable, propped up on poles so frame wouldnt fall to the floor? Would not stay here again.”
