“Overall, a good experience for the price I paid. I needed to stay just one night and it served my purpose fine.”

“I would recommend this hotel to other travelers. The room was neat and clean. The linens and bedding were clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing we noticed was that it smelled like someone had previously smoked in the room, even though it was a non-smoking room. The price is right and I would visit this hotel again.”

“The beds were clean and the hotel staff friendly. Breakfast was acceptable. The pool had so many chemicals in it though it made my kids sick and my youngest violently ill. So if you don't swim you are probably good. Also, I don't know if it was related to the hotel, but I broke out in hives!”

“This hotel looks like it struggles to maintain its 2 star status. Some of the weekend occupants left me concerned about my safety but overall it seemed to be a decent group of people. I had to ask for extra towels and washcloths which made me think that they were struggling to maintain. The carpet needed a good cleaning but was tolerable. I might stay there again, but it would probably be worth a little more to get a better maintained hotel. I was a bit surprised that a Baymont wasn't maintained at a little highter level.”

“We have stayed at many two star hotels through Priceline, and this one is the worst we have ever found. The hotel across the street was band new and was listed as two star. It's price was exactly the same. Would not recommend to any of our friends or acquaintances.”

“The hotel is very convenient to I-35. It was clean, safe, and had large rooms. I certainly recommend it. If you were traveling with pets, there is an area to the back for walking them.”

“I had stayed here before and the accommodations were adequate, however, this visit was not good. We had two rooms, one smelled of smoke, internet didn't work in either room. We moved one room (after unpacking laptops, luggage, printers etc) due to no internet access and smoke. The internet worked only in certain parts of the hotel - major problem if you are there on business and need to work.”

“The staff was great. I would not stay at this hotel again because I did not feel safe coming in after dark. The room, while apparently updated had fleas and roaches.”

“This is not hotel or inn. This is more like shelter. The first room I had was supposed to be non-smoking room. Yet, smell was like as if somebody smoked a minute before I entered. The second room smelled badly. Of course, the manager didn't believe it and actually came into our room and smelled. The manager said she can't smell anything. She said the room was just fine. Believe me, the room smelled very badly. By the way, that was very first time that I actually needed to switch rooms because of smell. I was with my wife and 3 yrs old girl and 1 month old baby girl. Imagine that. The manager and staff was very unfriendly. Roaches were everywhere. You had to literally make sure there is no roaches whenever you use toilet or tub. Oh. another thing. Their check in time is 3:00 afternoon. No matter what situation you are in. You are not allowed to check in before 3:00 pm. We arrived at inn about 2:30 pm with crying baby (Tired of long trip) with a common thought of 12:00 pm checking in time. The manager told us to come back after 3:00 pm. Do not stay there please!”

“This was an unacceptable 2 star hotel. I would never stay in this hotel. This hotel was filthy and loud people stayed in the parking lot all night having a tail-gate party.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. But there was no fridge or microwave in the room and the nearest ice machine was up a steep flight of stairs. Due to severe arthritis I had difficulty and pain getting ice. Also, there was very little protein in the continental breakfast.”

“The hotel was in a convenient location for us. It was neat and clean, nice size bathroom. As a family we also liked the table and chairs provided in the room. My son enjoyed cable TV.”
