“Good location but very "bare bones," i.e. No maid service (supposedly "weekly"), self service trash removal, get your own towels, etc. Also, my reservation was not ready when I arrived and the front desk was closed. Attendant (who I called on phone) did improvise through and got me a room. I arrived late around 11pm.”

“Our A/C in our house was out, so we felt we had to stay somewhere else, being that it was over 100 every day. This hotel was ranked a 2 1/2 hotel (nothing higher was available) along with some very nice new hotels, so we felt safe going with such a low rating. When we pulled into the parking lot, it was abandoned and very unkept! Inside was even worse. There was no one there, one employee, and four other cars in the parking lot. The inside of the lobby was in bad need of repair and updating! The hallway to our room, was dark, and scary. Along the hall we passed bags of trash, and dirty linens lying in the floor, outside of rooms. The carpet was water damaged, and had about 20 years of stains! The furniture and bed were old, and stained, and did not smell good. The wall paper was peeling off the walls from water leaks. I did not feel comfortable sitting on any of the furniture in the room. The bathroom was dark, smelled bad, and did not look clean! There was water damage on the carpet by the window. Under no circumstances would I feel safe staying there! I feel like it is a gross misrepresentation to your customers who trust your knowledge, to even offer than hotel as an option. We were given a $10 credit from your company, but we will not be using it, because we do not feel like your company is a trustworthy one, and do not want to put our family in that situation again!”

“The area is an older area and seemed run down. We felt a little insecure staying in this place. There was no stopper for our sink, the carpeting was worn in the halls and the hallways were dark and dingy. The front doors were broken and the pool was out of service.”

“This hotel was AWFUL, and if you allow hotels like this. It was dirty, stank, in a HORRIBLE part of town, and there was almost no staff. It advertises restaurants and a gift shop all of which were closed. There were very few people staying there yet there were no extra pillows according to the staff. There were ants in the room and stains on the mattress'. I can go on and on. By far the worst hotel ever.”

“It had no complementary breakfast; phone calls cost 50 cents. It was like a ghost town; like it used to be something, but it's no longer in the loop.”

“The carpet in every inch of the hotel (Foyer, hallways, rooms, etc...)was filthy, as if it had not been vacuumed - ever. The thermostats were stuck at 60 degrees and there was mildew COVERING the drapes. Even the lampshades were incredibly filthy. I am not a picky traveler. I just need a clean place to sleep. ”

“The girl at the desk was very helpful. We came in one hour early - room was not ready. We came back and our room was still being finished with the towels arriving later. Only two towels allowed for two people! We were not on a schedule or things may not have worked out so well. I have been in much nicer places for the price I paid for this one. However, it was right where we wanted to be to visit the places of interest to us.”

“We got to the hotel, thinking that we would have a nice night, away from our kids, and enjoy each others company. After turning back the spreads on both beds we found that the sheets looked dirty, the carpet in the room looked dirty, and it just turned us off of any romantic thoughts that we had. The evening was wasted as far as that goes. We will be staying at a name we can trust next time. ”

“Dirty, poorly managed, unfriendly. If this is a 2-star hotel, then Motel 6 is a 4-star. Uncomfortable bed, arrogant desk personnel, outdated plumbing, panhandlers outside. ”

“I could not stay at this hotel and safely leave my room at night with my son. Shady characters running the hotel. The desk clerk called out my room number (female traveling with son) so that all could hear. They wouldn't give people keys after the check in time. It took 1 hour to check in (6 people ahead of me). Staff walked off. Carpets with stains, ceiling tiles stained and sagging, bed sagged in the middle, dark and dingy. I've stayed at 1 star to 4 star hotels across the country for business and pleasure travel and have never seen a hotel like this. I am referring to this to my family and friends as the "Tower of Terror" like the ride in Disney World at MGM studios. The parking lot was cracked. The outside was in ill repair. Rust on the ice machine on the floor with the room that we were supposed to stay in. The front doors didn't close. Do not ever send anyone to this hotel. I left and stayed at a Best Western. It was not safe for my son and I to stay. I have sent in a complaint to you floor the hotel. I feel duped in OKC and am hoping that you will refund my money as per my request. Hopefully this is not the case in NYC because at this point, I cannot get out of this.”

“If you were a star in the movie animal house, you would be scared to stay in this hotel. If you were a former frat boy, you would see how filthy and gross this hotel is. Whatever you do, do not NAME Your Own Price for a 2 1/2 star hotel for 50 bucks in Oklahoma City, OK. I thought that I would get a Ramada, or Holiday Inn Express, or Radisson, but instead I got a hotel that should be condemned. Even another patron asked me "How did you pick this hotel?". Lastly, while checking in (rep did not ask to see I.D. nor did he have us sign anything) the guy behind the desk said "Ummm, I am not sure if the bed is made". I said "Excuse me?" He repeated himself and said "Yeah, not sure if the bed is made?"... I questioned him and said "Do you mean you are not sure if the sheets have been put on the bed or that the sheets on the bed are dirty?" He said very clearly "Ummm, sometimes are maids clean the rooms before the guests actually check out, so the sheets are not cleaned". With that I said "What will you do if the sheets are dirty? He said "Let me know, and I'll see if I can find you another room. "When we entered the pit of a room, the sheets were the only things clean in the room...and you better believe that I sniffed them like a doggy. They smelled like harsh chemicals and were about as soft as sand paper.”

“This hotel was an old hotel that was probably a 4 star hotel when it was built. It is past its prime. Lots of water stains on the carpet and dust all over. At one time, it was gorgeous. Today, however, it is a 'has been'. The staff at the front desk dressed unprofessional, had her family sitting near the front desk, and did not even say 'welcome' or 'thank you'.”

“Hotel is nice and is well located. I was unable to observe any of the security staff. However, I had no problems with any of my belongings. Also, I did not have any damage to my rented car. However, returning to the same hotel next time will depend on failing to get accommodated in a hotel closer to my family in Edmond, Oklahoma.”
