• Very clean and staff was nice! The breakfast was amazing!
• They advertise they had a pool but when we got there it was under construction.

• Staff willing to accommodate and very friendly, both desk & service employees.
• Ice machines not working properly on 2nd & 3rd floors.

“Comfortable for our stay and in a central location for our itinerary. Friendly, helpful staff definitely a plus.”

• Very friendly and accommodating staff in all areas.
• None.

“Stayed here for 2 weeks for medical reasons. The staff was very accommodating, packed lunches for us, very friendly. We used their shuttle service extensively. Clean, food was good.”

• The room was big.
• Restaurant service and manager on duty.

“All was ok but we wanted to order off the menu they said not this morning, but then 15 minutes later a family of 4 they let them order off the menu be we couldn't. Really made me upset.”

• Very nice staff and clean hotel!
• Our keys wouldn't work at 11:30 PM had to get staff.

“This hotel was nice, for a weekend trip! We had a nice stay! The only complaint was that our keys worked in our room when we got there but wouldn't work at our room when we left and came back, had to wait for staff to come with a new key, but they were friendly and courteous! It wasn't a huge problem! Nice though!”

• Linens, staff, clean.
• Rooms are a bit dated but very comfortable, clean and with all the amenities other hotels have.

“This is a great small full service hotel in a great location. The staff was professional and attentive, room very clean even if a bit dated. Free WiFi in room, great bar. Speaking with the staff, found out all new management and staff came on board in July of 2007, and it shows.”

• Free wireless connection.
• No HBO.

“The room was just what we needed. King bed, non smoking, with fridge, microwave and desk. A/C unit went out during the night, so I called the front desk at 7:30 a.m. to let them know. At 7:40 a.m. maintenance guy shows up to look at the unit, says he will replace it while we are gone. We get back at 5:30 to a 67 degree room with a new A/C unit. Wow! Thats service in my book.”

• Internet access did not work, staff unfriendly, breakfast not as described.

“Do not believe info furnished by motel. No in room internet access, a suite is actually a small room and staff is very short.”

• They charged my credit card for no reason.

“The overall stay was good. However, for whatever reason they decided to charge my debit card $58.41 I started to try and get my money back starting on 7/17/07 couldn't get the manager to call me back even after leaving numerous messages. Today is now Friday 7/20/07 and I am trying to get a hold of the manager to give her my card number to get a refund which should have been taken care the same day I called on 7/17. This has been a big hassle. She finally called me back yesterday 7/19 to ask for my card number even though I had left from work. None of the other hotels I stayed has done this. My travels to Oklahoma City are numerous. I just take this chance anymore.”
