• Very nice front desk staff; very nice bellman staff, very nice bar and bar staff.
• No a thing.

• Air conditioning worked well.
• Paying $8 per day for parking, money was stolen from one of the rooms.

“I will not stay here again. I had 2 rooms and the party in the other room had $400 stolen from a bag inside a suitcase. You would think that a supposedly upscale hotel would have better security. Totally disappointed in our experience.”

• It is convenient to downtown/brick town and most of these are within walking distance from the hotel.
• The hotel staff was not friendly, did not allow us to check in before 3:00 PM and overcharged for parking in a public garage.

“The hotel being renovated with new Sweet Sleeper beds, but ours was not. The pillows were in bad condition, very lumpy and uncomfortable. The hotel charged fee for parking in a garage that is public and would have cost less if I'd parked there without going through the hotel. This hotel was not up to par for a Sheraton.”

• I really liked its location and the rooms didn't smell like smoke as most do.
• I don't like the fact that you have to pay for internet access.

“With the exception of having to pay for the internet the hotel has great rooms, comfortable beds, convenient parking and I really liked the location being downtown.”

• Great staff.
• Rooms too small, not enough accessories couch microwave have baby need bottle warmed.

“As I said before there was not enough room. Most 3 to 5 star hotels have little nooks or couches in the room. I needed a microwave and refrigerator for the baby stuff. Just inconvenient for me.”

• Conveniently located to interstate, restaurants and night life.
• Additional charges for everything, internet 45 per week, parking, morning paper.

“The hotel was very nice, however all the additional fees add up extremely fast. When we asked for complimentary continental breakfast, we were told that only the 15th floor had the continental breakfast. I felt that was a little misleading. Overall I would recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.”

• We liked that it was walking distance to Bricktown.
• We did not like that food service was so expensive and unavailable late night.

“It was an ok stay. The staff seemed too busy to deal with us because of the NCAA tournament. We're also night owls, so having the cafe open late would have been nice.”

• Beautiful hotel, most of staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Our room was right by the elevators, even thou we arrived an hour early.

“Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, the location is close to brick town. It is a smoke free hotel, which I like. But, they put us in a room right by the elevators, even though we arrived an hour before they would let us check in, then said it was the only room available. Also they charge for internet access. The holiday inn even has free internet for crying out loud.”

• Hard beds.

“The overall experience was very good. Large water bottles in the room (these used to be gratis) were only $1.50. The beds were hard and we had trouble sleeping on them.”

• On the third floor, there are a few rooms that are too close to traffic and keep people up.

• Great place to stay alone or with spouse for safety, convenience, ever employee seems well-trained, helpful, and pleasant.
• Some amount of fraternizing at the restaurant creating waits for needs.

“We have stayed several times, hope to do so more often when we have business (hospital stays) in OKC.”

• Great location. Walking distance of Bricktown. Great atmosphere. Less than friendly front desk staff.
• Night front desk manager was not friendly. Borderline condescending.

“The location is the best attribute of this hotel. It is within 2 blocks of Downtown Oklahoma city's Bricktown District. Aside from management, the staff (especially the bellmen and valets) was very friendly. The public areas were very elegant and well kept. The rooms were also very clean. I must say that the Sheratons trademark "sweet sleeper" bed did leave a lot to be desired. I'll take my Sealy double pillow top over theirs any day. At first, I did not believe the front desk clerk when she told me that I had to pay $10 per day for Wi-Fi access. And I would think that a hotel of this class would at least have a hot tub but it does not. The outdoor pool is not heated either. I was very disappointed with the demeanor of the night front desk manager. Not friendly at all. I will probably try to stay here again for those factors but I may also try the Renaissance next door.”

• Very noisy. Way to much noise and very small bathroom.

• The bathroom in my room was dirty, toilet wasn't flushed when I checked in!
