• Cheap price. Central location.
• Very hard bed. Broken coffee pot. Broken chair in room.

“For low end business travel it's tolerable. Has kitchens which are a nice benefit. Needs to be updated - furniture, sheets, beds, hallways. The bathroom and kitchen area was clean.”

• It had a fridge.
• Cleanliness and hospitality.

“There was hair under my sheets when we turned the sheet over, they did apologize and took care of it quickly. I went with several family member and they did not keep us near each other or on the same floor or even try to accommodate after asking. The outside door wasn't working on the side and it was somewhat of a problem.”

• Quick to fix my room when the first one I was given was a mess.
• The first room was a mess and there is no office area to copy, print or fax.

“It is good for long stays such as weeks on end. All the rooms have full size fridges, microwaves, sinks, etc. The rooms are not refreshed until you have been there three days at least, no new towels or beds made etc.”

• Big room, nice bathroom.
• I was in a walker and was on the second floor. I would not have been able to use the stairs in case of a fire.

• The kitchenettes.
• Not very clean, and run down. Needs quite a few repairs.

“It is just OK. Our room was actually pretty clean, but overall the hotel is not very clean and has zero frills. Had to even ask for a small bottle of shampoo. Very run-down, needs many small repairs, that just show lack of caring.”

• Bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor.

“The room was good sized and the kitchenette was good. But the bed was as hard as a rock. I had a firm bed and it had a zillion times more cushion than this bed. This bed, I swear was a box spring instead. It was absolutely the most horrible bed I have ever slept on. And the room smelt like tick shampoo. I have stayed in many other 1 star hotels but this one deserved 1/2 star not a 1.”

• It was close to where I going.
• When I checked in the clerk did not ask me if I needed internet so I called to get a passcode and she was very rude about it told me I could not get it.

• The hotel staff are very nice and parking is close. Loved the kitchen area to cook in.
• The beds are very uncomfortable, towels are small, not enough pillows, and no snack machines.

“Overall, it was very cheap for a quick stay. The staff was very nice, but don't expect too much since you don't pay very much. No benches or sitting area for smokers. Just a quick fly by night hotel to get you going next day.”

• That would be impossible.
• Everything.

“We had to move from the first room because of the strong smoke smell. (non-smoking room!) The bed was uncomfortable unless you slept in the middle. We could hear every foot step from the person on the floor above, beginning at 4:00 AM in the morning!”

• It was near where I worked. It had a kitchenette, good cold AC.
• Bed was hard as a rock with cigarette burns and stains on the bedding. Shower was dirty.

“I would not stay here again. In the bathroom around the top edge of the shower, was mildew and something pink, it was disgusting.”

• Friendly staff.
• Unprepared for my stay, room wasn't available.

“The staff was pleasant & helpful. When I got there to check in, they sent me to a room with other people staying in it. They wanted me to bring their luggage down, because the room was for me. After negotiation, I was given another room. It was a difficult process getting checked in, after that the stay was fine.”

• There was really nothing at all I liked about this hotel.
• I did not like that they charged me an additional $15.00 per night when I arrived.

“I did not like this hotel. At check in they charged me an additional $15.00 per night. The employees there were never at the front desk to help you. I would have to go hunt someone down to help me. There was no cleaning or refreshing service. I had a baby and a young child with me, and they would not give me a non smoking room. Hotel smelled as if an illegal substance was being smoked. I have had great experience in the past. However I do not believe this hotel meets the standards of the star level of it's type.”

• Hard to get to off highway.

“It was impossible to get to from the highway. Hard to find service road. Room was clean and well equipped for the price. Was disappointed to come downstairs to front desk at night. Service was great though. Would stay again, but would not bring my children back.”

“Wasn't as clean as I expect in a hotel. The toilet seat and bathroom sink needed to be wiped clean prior to use. Both had debris (lint and dust) left behind from the cleaning cloth.”
