• Great location, easy parking, good price, nice bed.
• Front desk staff spoke poor English.

“The hotel is in a perfect location for us as it's centrally located from Edmond to Bricktown and where the wedding location was. It's easy to navigate from the freeway with easy parking and an easy walk to Beverlys for breakfast which is a known place. My only complaints were the exercise facility with non working machines and unmatched dumbbells and the front desk staff that did not speak clear English. Very hard to understand the gentleman at the front desk and when that is your first impression, it's not a good one.”

• It was in a good location to all the places we wanted and need to go.
• The beds were hard, coffee & filter from previous tenant remained, and not enough toilet tissue or Kleenex, bathtub unclean.

“I most likely will not stay at this hotel again nor will I recommend it to anyone else. The beds were hard, the tub was not clean the first day, the coffee and coffee filter from the previous tenant was still in the coffee pot, there were no extra toilet tissue or Kleenex in our room. We had to call housekeeping at 11:30 at night for more toilet tissue. I asked them to bring 2 rolls but the only brought 1.”

• Location and parking, nice king size bed.
• Carpet and wallpaper getting worn.

“The Crowne Plaza is still in a good location, but it has not been renovated in quite some time.”

• Good location.
• The shower didn't work.

“During checker out I told the front desk that the shower didn't work. Service at the desk was not helpful at all. Overall the room was decent.”

• It was clean and nice enough. Comfortable beds and pillows.
• No continental breakfast. No indoor pool staff was uppity.

“My husband has stayed there for business but doesn't eat breakfast even if he did his business would pay for room service so not having continental breakfast was very inconvenient especially at that level. A fridge then would have been nice but they didn't have one of those either. If I expected a classy hotel I would have expected to not have breakfast. The pool was cold and only outside.”

• It is in a convenient location.
• This hotel is old, worn down, needs remodeled, was overall very past its prime.

“Perhaps this was at one time a 3 star hotel. Although it may still have the required amenities of a 3 star hotel, the overall appearance of everything was scuffed up, torn, worn out, faded. The pillows were very lumpy. The bed was of moderate comfortable. It had the appearance of elegance but when viewed up close, things seemed dirty. The staff was moderately friendly. The glass of wine I ordered from the bar tasted like it had been opened for over 2 weeks. Many things needed deep cleaned or replaced altogether. I also would've liked to know beforehand about the road construction literally around the hotel's location.”

• Front Desk Clerk was friendly and professional.
• The carpet was dirty and worn.

“I don't think that housekeeping had finished servicing this room. The carpet looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed. (There were visible pieces of dirt and lint that should have been picked up by a vacuum. The carpet was also worn and nasty). There was no hand soap, and there were two coffee packets but no condiments (cream, sugar, stirrers, etc.).”

• The modern feel of the room, free business center downstairs.
• Terrible pillows, no microwave, bathtub peeling on the bottom.

“Overall, it's a good place to stay for the money. The room has a modern feel to it, and there's always a good mattress. Avoid the restaurant, and bring your own pillow, and you'll be absolutely thrilled with the rest of your stay.”

• Room was large and bed very comfortable.
• No door between toilet/shower area and sink area. Paint peeling around door frame.

“The Crowne Place in Oklahoma City served all our needs for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed, large room, curtains that blocked out the light and large tub/shower. In room was evident around door frame only. Bathroom small in comparison to rest of room, and no door between the shower and sink meant the mirror fogged while other person getting ready and no exhaust fan.”

• Nothing.
• Dirty, only smocking and stinky rooms were available, pool didn't work, hot tub didn't work, hotel employees were not helpful, dirty, outdated.

“We were assigned a room, with someone already staying there. The rooms were stinky and dirty. Only smocking rooms were available. The pool did not work and neither did the hot tub. Room service tray was dirty. Hotel staff was not helpful. Bath tub did not drain. We had awful experience there.”

• The hotel was easy to get to.
• Our room was not incredibly clean.

“The hotel was nice--20 years ago. The decor needed updated; there were patches on ceilings everywhere. A decent hotel, but our room was a little iffy on cleanliness--found a bandage (used) on a shelf and a clothes tag under the sheet!”

• Location to where I needed to be.
• Very out dated, in need of lots of repairs, staff not willing to fix broken machines.

“I stayed at this hotel 2 years prior and thought it was very nice. This time I was embarrassed that I had stated how nice it was to my sister and then she got to see the worst.”

• Friendly staff.
• Long wait in the restaurant, hot tub was dirty, not enough help in lobby.

“I was surprised to find the hotel was rated with 3 stars. There was no hair dryer in the room and no towels by the pool. Room was a bit small compared to other 3 star hotels I've stayed in. The staff was very friendly but the hotel was understaffed. It was clean and comfortable.”
