• Cleanliness, bedding, service at front desk.

“Easy check in. Clean room. TV worked. Great bedding. $11.00 breakfast buffet at the restaurant and nothing less expensive. Wait staff hovered as though they wanted us to leave.”

• I loved the indoor/outdoor pool and the staff was great!
• I did not like the rusty water, but it only happened once.

“This hotel is awesome! The staff was super nice and helpful, the hotel is immaculate, and housekeeping did a great job! Management may want to check into the plumbing. We had to let the water run for a bit to clear the pipes of rusty water, but otherwise, the hotel is great! ”

• Very comfortable beds, good amenities, we had the corner room.
• Pop machine was broken on my floor, some loud party going on down at the floor level.

• Overall experience was very pleasant. No negatives.

“Beyond expectations. Most comfortable bed with down bedding and chenille throws. Designer toiletries, exquisite dining areas.”

• Hotel rooms are really nice.
• Food and beverage department is a disaster as always.

“The hotel is beautiful. Every time I eat at this hotel, either the restaurant or room service, it consistently is a total disaster with quality of food and service. They need a new F& B Manager desperately.”

• Hotel staff was very nice, room was very comfortable.
• Housekeeping missed a few details.

“Lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms were very comfortable but a little small. The staff was very friendly. The bar was staffed with very nice servers and had live music on Friday night.”

• The beds are extremely comfortable. Rooms are updated.
• Could hear the elevator from my room.

“Very pleased with the overall service and condition or the hotel. Make sure you stay at least three rooms away from the elevators.”

• View is wonderful.
• There was nothing that I did not like about the motel.

“This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. This was the second time that we were staying here. The first time was as a family and this time as leisure with my spouse and both times wonderful place to stay. We hope to stay here again in future. ”

• The accommodations were actually quite nice.
• Little pricey, bar accommodations.

“The beds were some of the nicest beds. Quality accommodations, never bothered by any staff. I would give the Hotel an A rating.”

• The staff were helpful and willing to correct anything that went wrong.
• They had a lot of practice!

“The hotel generally achieves the standards of the quality band it is in, but sometimes struggles a little. In certain areas there is an air of a Grand Dame fallen on hard times.If you have business nearby then this hotel will serve your purpose, otherwise I suspect there are better options in Oklahoma City.”

• The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
• Unable to say anything negative as our stay was pleasant.

“Upon arrival, the staff checked us in immediately and advised us where our room was located. When we reached the room, it was very clean and presentable. The beds were comfortable and all of the appliances were in working order. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and will consider coming back to this hotel in the future.”

“Under remodeling. In a disheveled condition in some common areas in lobby. Rooms not yet done, some components of the room were in an advanced state of disrepair.”

• The hotel had easy access from major interstates.
• The hotel seemed very busy, load and pre-occupied with group parties.

“I would say that the hotel is over all a nice place to stay. I would stay there again, but only if the there are less group parties staying.”
