• Very clean and very affordable.
• Kind of noisy, you could hear next door tenants.

“Need more insulation between walls for privacy of tenants, other than that is pretty good. Very friendly staff and helpful.”

• General location.
• Hot tub broken / in pool too cold.

“Choose hotel due to hot tub & location, hot tub broken. Picked a smoking room, but changed to no smoking due to the smoking stance from previous uses. Beds were comfortable and quit. Will probably stay there again due to location.”

• Kids loved the indoor pool.
• Had lots of freeway noise in room.

“I choose this hotel because of the indoor pool. It was fantastic and my kids had a great time swimming. However, the room was dark even with all the lights on. Our room was on the front side and the freeway noise was awful. It sounded like the window was open, but I checked several times to make sure that it wasn't. I'm sure a room on the back side would have been much more desirable.”

• Nothing.
• They copied my credit card front and back.

“They made copies of my credit card, front and back. I couldn't sleep knowing that someone had that information. I believe this is a big security problem for anyone using a credit card.”

• The staff was somewhat friendly.
• The room was filthy and I did not feel safe walking outside.

“When I arrived at the hotel I was not at ease with the area. Once in the room, I was disgusted because the room was so filthy. My partner and I did not even stay the entire night because the room was so dirty we felt we could not get any rest there.”

• The hotel was clean and convenient to get to and the pool area was great.
• They were still cleaning the room that we reserved but offered to move us.

“This hotel was very family oriented they had floaters and rings for the kids to play in the pool with. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.”

“The spa did not work - this is one reason I picked this hotel - the swimming pool was too hot - not warm it was hot - wife and I did not stay in it very long - ice machine on second floor did not work - drinks were not allowed in pool area - parking is really bad.”

“This hotel was very clean with friendly staff. An elevator offered easy access to our room which is important since my husband has medical problems.”

• Night staff was undermanned but the gentlemen who helped us was very good.
• Our room was by the ice machine had a problem so we didn't sleep all night.

“Not a bad location. Kind of hard to get to. We were there for one night to just stay in OKC and get away. Staff was helpful. I think your breakfast needs to stay open later on a Sat. 6-9 isn't late enough when people like to take their time on a Sat morning. Our first room was a smoking room that had been deodorized (didn't work) but the clerk changed our room and was very helpful. You just need more than one person on the premises during the evening time especially on weekends.”
