• Location.
• The floor, window silly and bathroom were covered with dead bugs - carpet old and dirty.

“We will not stay at this Clarion again.”

• Nice employees.
• A huge Baptist youth group arriving late, loud, inconsiderate and woke us up.

“This hotel does not have all their rooms under one roof. You have to go outside to other buildings. Our key quit working several times and had to go to the front desk. The rooms were OK but the walls let every sound come in. A huge Baptist youth group overwhelmed the hotel on Friday night and they were so loud and woke us up from a sound sleep. The next morning we could not even get coffee as it was wall to wall people who were hanging out the doors. The breakfast buffet was only good if you wanted something to drink. The food was not good. I would not stay there again.”

• I would stay at the Clarion again. The peace and quiet of a good night sleep was worth the wait. Thank You!
• The air conditioner did not cool the room properly. The air conditioner would cycle cool then warm air.

“I enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the hotel location and accommodations. The restaurants were close by for convenience. The room was clean.”

• The beds were so comfortable.
• I didn't like how far the walk was to the indoor pool.

“This hotel was great. It was conveniently located by the airport and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. I will stay there again when I go back.”

• The a/c worked.
• Filthy! Very unhealthy!

“I stayed at this hotel because it was the location of a conference I was attending. What a mistake! Don't believe the favorable reviews you read about the clarion in Oklahoma city, they are clearly written by hotel staff. The rooms are filthy and outdated! I spoke with an average of 20 other conference attendees and not one had anything favorable to say about their experience. Some of the highlights are: lost reservations, keys that don't work, rude staff, hallways and rooms that stink of mildew, dirty floors and furniture, cockroaches, vermin, bites from fleas or bed-bugs, mysterious headaches since checking-in, vents in the bathrooms seem to connect directly to the other rooms no privacy, wake-up calls an hour after scheduled time, other guests (children and college students) were allowed to be loud and unruly. The phrase "flea-bag motel" best describes this place. Stay away at all costs! Your health may depend on it.”

• Comfortable bed. Bunker-like peace and quiet.
• Hotel was old and run down. Bathroom small.

“Chose based upon price. Hotel is older and room showed wear. Definitely, on the bottom end of the Clarion hotels I have stayed at in the past. On the plus side the room had a sitting room and separate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and with the door shut the bedroom was like sleeping in a bunker. Very peaceful night sleep.”

• Large enough breakfast to fill any appetite.
• Convention Center can lead to large groups but the noise was minimal.

“Over the past 13 years working for the Federal Government, this is one of the nicest places to stay. The free breakfast is large, free dinners are smaller (some days better than others). I have done business 2 AM and the staff has sent and received faxes for me. Workout room is small but a very nice indoor swimming pool. On the strip with many restaurants. ”

• No elevator to upstairs rooms and the walkways were slippery.
