• Staff and kitchen.
• Broken elevator.

“This hotel was very pleasant and accommodating. It was the holiday weekend and my room was booked at the last minute. I requested a double bed and none were available. I received a double bed room on the smoking floor and they were nice enough to provide me with an air freshner.”

• First two rooms unmade and stunk of smoke. David was quick to change rooms.
• Fire alarm sounded as room filled with smoke from faulty heater. Front desk girl didn't care, didn't investigate, didn't ask room #.

“Our rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. Our room was freezing so I turned the thermostat up but the furnace caught fire. The fire alarm sounded but only in our room. I went to the front desk but the desk girl didn't care, didn't investigate, and didn’t even ask my room #. I guess she was preoccupied with her beer drinking friends that I found laying all over the lobby furniture. We left at 5am the next morning hearing another fire alarm in the room next door. Someone's going to die of neglect in this hotel, mark my words.”

“This is a rundown hotel in a great location in OKC. The hotel has a friendly staff with not much to work with. I would not stay here again and can't imagine an extended stay.”

• Convenient to shopping center, liked the kitchen in room, clean room, helpful and friendly staff.
• There was nothing I disliked.

“This hotel is very family friendly for the traveler who may have children traveling with them. There is a full service kitchen in the room therefore you can fix some of your meals in the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I would stay there again if I am in the area. The room is roomy enough for you to have your own private space without feeling cramped. Very nice.”

• Manager was super nice.
• Night staff wasn't helpful when internet wasn't working.

“Would have been nice if the kitchen stove/oven and sink wasn't dirty. Coffee pot was dirty and didn't work. Heater wasn't cleaned and dust started to have a burning smell and set off the smoking alarm. And they charge $5 for internet but kept getting bounced off and hard to get back on.”

• The full kitchen and sleeper sofa were great bonuses.
• The pool needs a lot of cleaning.

“I was pleasantly surprised upon arriving at this hotel. The room was larger in size than high end hotels that includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and even dishes. It was much more than I expected and better than I thought or hoped it would be.”

• The day staff was very helpful and friendly.
• Fire alarm went off several times early one morning.

“We arrived late at night (early morning?) and at first I thought that I had made a mistake. It was hard to find the reception area as it was not well marked. Then there was no one at the front desk and it was all dark. Luckily, there were some residents doing laundry and they were able to help me find someone so I could check in. Once we got to the room however, our mood changed. It was very large and clean, with a full kitchen and nice bathroom. Really a lot of space for the money. The next morning, they had bagels, coffee and fruit in the lobby and the day shift had arrived, very friendly and helpful. Quite a change from the night before. We could not find the remote for the TV in the room and they quickly brought another and programmed it. All in all, it was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed our stay.”

• Breakfast bar was just fruit, bagels, and coffee. No juice, milk, or cereal for children.

“The room was clean and I liked the layout. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast bar is minimal.”

• Was quiet.
• Was not clean at all, all room had dirty sheets and hairs on bathroom floor and tub.

“Definitely needs some help in cleanliness. I would take some sheets wit you if you are staying here and also some cleaning supplies.”

• Front desk clerk was very pleasant.
• We got bumped from original motel & sent to this one. Bed was very uncomfortable and 'non-smoking' room smelled of smoke. Couldn't sleep.

“Not impressed with this motel. Wasn't called about change but found out when trying to confirm room. Bed was very uncomfortable and 'non-smoking' room smelled like smoke which led to a very restless night. Kitchenette was not furnished with basic cooking utensils. Not happy about experience.”

• This hotel was clean and most of all spacious.
• The window did not lock and that was a concern.

“This hotel provided all the necessary amenities for an extended stay. Each room was spacious and clean well lit and I was very pleased for the two star hotel.”

• I liked the full kitchen and roominess.
• The smell of the room and location by a back door.

“This hotel room was very spacious, full kitchen, would be awesome for families on a longer stay. Nice clean bathroom. Had a workout room with treadmills. Very nice staff and a small continental breakfast. Small couch and a nice desk. Very comfortable.”

• The price and the size of the room.
• The comforter was dirty and the shower was as well.

“The hotel was good. I was not happy that the shower and the comforter had hair in them, it was a sign that it was not cleaned well and I ended up cleaning the shower myself.”

• Nice leather chair
• Room was designed for extended stay including all cooking utensils, etc. but there was no salt and pepper!
