• Right off I-40.
• Dirty, room flooded.

“First room was flooded, second room was dirty; wife did not take shower or bath because of being dirty. Take this hotel off your selections. First time this has happened.”

• It was easy to find from the freeway.
• Slow, disorganized service at check-in.

• The hotel is located close to the airport.
• The hotel did not seem very safe, it was not very clean, bad smell.

“It was more like a truck stop. Very shady. Not clean and smelled terrible. The bathtub had white caulking around the top of the tub that actually looked wet, it was so thick. It did not seem to be very safe at all. Another patron returned his key as I was getting the keys to my rooms. He said his room was unacceptable. I agree totally.”

• Wait forever for shuttle, cockroach in hotel room, room not cleaned well.

“I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they really can't afford to stay anywhere else.”

• Nothing. It was a cesspool and in a very unsafe location.
• Everything. Dirty, dingy, unsafe, welfare.

“Disgusting and unsafe motel. Houses truckers and welfare recipients on a weekly short term basis. Very dangerous area with constant police activity in the area all night. Stay away.”

• Snow blowing under door, heat not turned on.

• Nothing.
• The room was dirty - looked like dried blood on the walls - toilet paper in toilet when arrived - room door dirty.

“We will never stay in this hotel. We did not even spend the night. We spent about 20 minutes in the room and decided we could not rest in a room that felt unclean. We of course were stuck with paying for the night even though there were people still needing rooms due to many things going on in the city. We could not find another hotel room for the night, but we were not staying at this hotel. While we were waiting in the lobby to check in and to check out. Two other people came into to complain about their room.”
