• The fact it had a full kitchen was nice.
• The fact that when I went to the desk to ask about extra pillows I waited 10 minutes and nobody showed up.

“If you are traveling for business and you aren't expecting much from a hotel, this is a good one for you. I have never stayed at a hotel where they didn't come in and make up the bed and change the towels and empty the trash on a daily basis. I spent five nights in this hotel and they never came in to clean it or give out fresh towels. When I called down for extra pillows, they weren't even sure if they had any and then I had to go down and get them.”

• Clean room with cooking facilities and laundry.
• While everything is clean the hotel needs updating.

“This chain of hotels is for people that don't need a lot of frills because there are none. It is for folks that want a clean and safe room with kitchen.
For me, this chain is like having an efficiency apartment without a lease. This particular property is clean but is older and could stand some updating.”

• The ease at which we were checked in and checked out.
• The main bolt on our door did not line up with the frame.

“The hotel is a great place if you are a business traveler. There is the right amount of shopping and dining places in the area. Not the best for kids on a long-term basis, but if you are looking for an overnight place, it will do.”

“This is a comfortable and convenient hotel. For the money you will not find better. It was clean and provided much appreciated amenities with the exception of internet service.”

“The staff were unfriendly, and tried to charge me more for the hotel then I originally paid for it on it. They said I would have to call and figure it out when it was their mistake.”

• They were very friendly, it was a pleasure to stay there!
• There was nothing that I did not like.

“The hotel is on the main road central to everything. It has an easy off and on to major interstates. The people were very friendly and helpful with all of our questions about the area!”

• Friendly staff!
• Had a fire alarm episode while we were there. Happened late in the evening so inconvenient with children.

“Nice place. Probably great for business travel although was located a bit of a drive from the airport. Still, the staff was great and nice selection of restaurants nearby.”

• Catered to transient construction workers (party animals) To loud at night.

“Location is good staff is friendly. The only real bad side to this property was they were catering to transient construction workers who really like to party at night. A little to much loud noise, yelling that was not kept in check by the Hotel managers.”

• I liked that there was a kitchen in my room.
• It wasn't very clean, they ran out of coffee for the rooms.

“I had stayed there about 6 years before and it was nice, this time the carpets in the halls needed vacuumed from the 1st day I got there to the day I left they still hadn't vacuumed them, the elevator was filthy on the walls and floor I was afraid to push the buttons, the stairs needed a good scrubbing. The staff was friendly but unable to come up with any more coffee packets that were to be provided with the room, they did however point out that I could purchase some from their vending machine!”

• Excellent value for the price. Completely sufficient for my needs.
• Coffee provided for the in room coffee pot was terrible.

“Great value for my cost. Room was basic but comfortable. No soap provided for the bathroom or kitchen area. That would have been nice to know in advance. Very friendly front desk person.”

• The location was great and really worked out wonderfully for us!!
• The hotel didn't have roll-away beds. Only a few rooms have 2 full size beds. We did not get one. One kid had to sleep in the recliner, and one with us.

“Somehow we got a smoking, handicapped room with only one full sized bed, for four people. When we showered it got water all outside of the room! The toilet had urine stains on the seat. The room smelled terribly like smoke. The bed was not comfortable, it was VERY hard. We were not happy with the fact that our son had to sleep in the recliner, and our daughter had to sleep with us. They did not have rollaway beds at this hotel. I would say that the only thing we liked about this hotel was the location.”
