• The front desk was very helpful.
• The shower didn't work that night. The pool was closed.

“Very disorganized! Our stay started by going into a room that was already occupied. We went to the front desk, and an employee who was very helpful) apologized and gave us another room. Well, it was also occupied! That night, the shower didn't work. We found an open can of dog food under our bed. The next morning we tried to take our kids to the pool, and it hadn't been unlocked by the desk person - at 11:00 am.”

• One of the rooms was ok.
• When I arrived they said I did not guarantee the room.

“When I arrived at 10pm on Friday night they said I had not guaranteed the room, so they had released my reservation. I had reserved 2 non-smoking rooms and they had clean a room so we had to wait an hour for the rooms and then one was a smoking room.”

• Clean, comfortable, nice staff.
• Slight far away from Austin.

“This is a good hotel in general. The room is large and clean. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very nice and positively responded to my requirement. The only little problem is the location. You should drive for few minutes for a meal and about 15 minutes to Austin.”

• Fireplace, clean rooms, full amenities in rooms, friendly and helpful staff.
• Would have helped to have staff in breakfast area.

• Some man at the desk asked if we had any men in the room with us.

• Staff called the room after my arrival making certain everything was to my expectations.
• Everything was great and I don't say that often about a hotel.

• Very clean, easy access to power supply for computer. Nice location.
• Slow check in. Night staff was not extremely efficient.

“Great hotel. Would stay here again. Nice rooms, newly remodeled. Wireless Internet access and easy to access electrical outlets. A bit difficult to get to due to streets not being well marked. All in all a good place to stay - pet friendly, family friendly.”

• Friendly staff, the complimentary breakfast was extensive and atmosphere pleasant, liked the exercise room.
• Did not put plastic liners in their ice buckets. Available upon request at desk.

• Newly renovated and very nice.
• No refreshments in the evening except Coke machine.

• Comfortable beds! Loved those! I liked the decor, cleanliness and friendly staff.
• I don't think their was anything I didn't like.

“The La Quinta was a great place to stay. The pillow top beds were great! It was very quiet and conveniently located. The exercise room is large and the equipment is new. The staff was most friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will return.”

• Continental breakfast was easy and convenient.
• Bed was very uncomfortable.

“Overall the hotel was good. The bed was very hard and made it difficult for me to sleep. It did not bother my young kids though. The Texas shaped waffle was a big hit.”

• Freshly painted, new carpet.
• The AC was unbelievably loud.

“The construction going on in the hotel made for a very messy stay. While I appreciated the newly painted room, the paint smell was much too strong. The AC unit was so loud that it was difficult to hear the television without turning the volume way up.”

• Every request I had - room with 2 beds, refrigerator, microwave was very pleasantly honored!
• Absolutely nothing!!!

“From the first direct phone call to the hotel to request 2 beds, a room with an optional refrigerator and microwave (at no charge)and then to ask directions, they seemed pleased that we had chosen Baymont! Great room, great AMPLE continental breakfast, great price!!!”

• very friendly front desk attendant
• bathroom light burned out ...no one ever came to replace it

“the place isn't in a location that's easy to find....a lot of highway construction makes access tricky. It's too expensive for what you get. We've stayed in places that are at least as nice for less money.”

“The Baymont Inn in North Austin (Round Rock), Texas was a very nice mid-range hotel, and was very close to Austin city limits. Convenient location, courteous staff, great amenities such as an outdoor pool, workout room, Continental breakfast, and an Austin newspaper delivered to your room in the morning. A+++”
