“There is only one door that is accessible at all times and my room was on the far side from it. The bathroom caulking job was terrible. The lock on the door was broken off. The hallway had a terrible stink to it from people leaving their food out in the hallway.”

“Very disappointed. We heard everyone who took the stairs to the lobby. There was a hole through the door where the peep hole used to be. The carpet was filthy. We feel they really try to get you with their internet fees. Comparable hotels have offered the same amenity at no charge. We hope never to stay there again.”

“We had to change rooms, the first did not have a remote and the
AC heater was broken. The second room was no better, there was not light in the bathroom and the bed and headboard were broken. We were not aware of this until we arrived back at our room late that night, and it was too late to change rooms. The manager was kind. I will not be staying with this chain again.”

“Has been one of cheapest so if you don't have money this place is ok good location big fluffy towels good shower. Negatives: a once great staff is all gone; room smells of tobacco smoke, very noisy AC, terrible mattresses, mirror is too recessed behind sink to be able to see self closely for shaving/make up. Toilets insufficient water pressure so block up. First stay desk clerk immediately came to room and unblocked toilet. Next stay they sent someone to drop off a plunger outside my door. Next stay toilet overflowed a lot onto the floor. New management. Wouldn't send anyone to fix. Told me to come to front desk to pick up a plunger. Most decent hotels would send a maintenance man to repair and a housekeeping staff member to clean up the mess. Bring a plunger. Also, bring your own toilet paper. Their toilet paper seems to be made from re-cycled sandpaper, very abrasive. Seemed dried blood spots/floor. Each stay bedding caused itchy skin, strong cleaning agent or "bugs"?”
