• The hotel was conveniently located.
• The furniture in the business center was broken and disgusting.

• Staff helpful and curteous to myself and toddler grandson.
• The hot tub did not work. The pool too cold for a toddler to swim in.

• Very pleasant staff.

“Excellent location for all of Austin. Easy access to I 35. Exceptional staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and very quiet relaxed atmosphere. Very close to a wide variety of restaurants. I would stay here every time I come to Austin.”

• Rooms lacked some essential amenities (fridge, microwave); pool was dirty.

“Overall, this hotel was good. The staff was helpful and quickly fixed the Wi-Fi when it went down. Breakfast was ok, but only had a waffle maker, pastries, and cereal.”
