“It was good motel with poor staff coordination. Little hair ball in the towel goes a long way in representing the motel.”

“This hotel is conveniently located and clean. The staff bar the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have was that breakfast was extortionately priced, low quality, and restaurant staff were blase.”

• Captain's Seafood next door, walk down sidewalk.
• Cramped bathroom in suite, a little too pricey, but we did go on very short notice.

“Conveniently located off of I-35, staff was friendly and courteous. A little noisy at night. You can hear people hanging out drinking by the pool. Rooms near elevator are a little noisy. You can hear the ringing every time the elevator door opens. A standard 2 and a half star hotel. Nothing fancy. But not gross either.”

• It was very clean, and our room was so comfortable.
• The location is at a confusing interchange of I-35. Hotel staff's directions were our saving grace.

“This was such a nice hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was convenient to our business obligation in the area, though the freeway interchange and outer roads by the hotel were confusing. Fortunately, the friendly hotel staff gave us directions to dinner/shopping locations which we mentioned we were looking for -- without these unasked for directions from them, we would have been lost. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the quietness, despite having a room right by the elevators. We also loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. We'd definitely stay here happily again.”

• Nice convenient location, good breakfast. Friendly helpful housekeepers.
• They could not give us a room with 2 double beds unless in smoking area.

“Upon arrival to this hotel, the girl working the front desk appeared overwhelmed by the number of people checking in (she had no help) and she was rude probably due to her stress level. My husband and our 2 children went to check into our room only to find that it had a king sized bed. We went back to the front desk to see if we could get a room with 2 beds but we were told that they could only give us one that was a smoking room. Instead they gave us a roll away bed. It served the purpose however I did not sleep well with 3 persons in a king sized bed. I was glad it was only one night.”
