• Hotel staff was very friendly.
• Nothing.

“Road construction was going on all around; it was very convenient to all parts of Austin. The room was well equipped, the air conditioner was quiet and the towels and pillows were soft.

• Clean.
• No bathroom counter tops or shelves in bathroom.

“I used the disability room. Clock and microwave turnstile did not work. No drawers in kitchen. All pans, dishes and silverware in high cabinet (5' from ground). They did not tell me a my incidental charges and offered no receipt (charged my credit card without telling me). Extended Stays are great, but avoid this one.”

• Breakfast could include food children like- no OJ.

• Space, kitchen, fridge, stove, table, extra chair.
• Need to have a buffer on the entry door to the hall way, it was loud when closing.

• Nice outside pool, good location.
• Unable to get more towels as requested.

“The hotel staff was helpful when there was a problem with check in. The place was clean, quiet but we had 5 people in our room and had used the pool but when we requested more towels they said we were only allowed 4 also was not told that breakfast not available on the weekends.”

• It has a homey atmosphere.
• Noise from doors slamming and refuse collection.

“This particular hotel was located outside of Austin further than I would have liked but on the whole it was a great place once I got used to the road configuration to get to it! A nice new facility so everything was neat and tidy. The parking lot light at our building was out until our last night there, making it a bit hard to see the steps into our building.”

• A real bargain, considering most Austin hotels.
• The noise of slamming doors at all hours and the very early morning refuse collection.

“This seems like a relatively new hotel, nice and clean. The room seemed to be short on lighting or could benefit from brighter bulbs. Even though it is out-of-town for central Austin, the quality and price made it worthwhile.”

• Bagels and fruit in the morning.
• Bed was too soft.

“Safe, convenient hotel in good location. Room had big kitchen and was a nice green color. Bed and location of bed was small and tight. Overall clean and not bad for one night.”

• Staff was so nice and very helpful and the wireless connection was great.
• Room was small and auto-locking door was annoying.

“Hotel was ok. We were not asked whether or not we preferred a smoking or non smoking room. We ended up in a smoking room and right next to the exit where people were going in and out all night. The automatic locking door was so loud it sounded like our it was our door. When we asked about another room, the entire place was sold out. We barely slept for 4 days. I did appreciate the wireless connection.”
