• Very nice room and very clean. Hotel restaurant had excellent food.

• Beautiful remodeled rooms, great location, good pool.
• Room smelled a little humid.

“Great hotel, worth the 3 star, we didn't use the restaurant, plenty of shopping and eating around. Good to have pool when you travel with kids, the garden where the pool is, is amazing we like it a lot. Rooms were great, recently renovated, very Zen-like, we loved them. The room smelled a little humid but they put an apparatus and solved the problem. No problems with reservations or checking in or out. Great stay. Definitely would stay again.”

• The hotel appeared to be new and was conveniently located.
• Housekeeping was very poor. The room was not cleaned to our satisfaction.

“This hotel appeared to be new. The common areas were clean and nicely decorated, as was the pool area. However, the room housekeeping services were poor, and the front desk staff was slow to address problems with inadequate linens and room key cards not working.”

• Nothing.
• Phone in one room did not work, TV in other room green picture was not viewable. Nothing done about phone when asked to get it fixed.

“Overall, poor condition for a courtyard hotel. Will not recommend to anyone. Nothing else available in the area. One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had.”

• Spacious room.
• The pool hours should be extended on the holiday weekend.

“Everything was great except one thing. They kicked us out of the pool every night at 11 o'clock. Considering it was a holiday weekend and I was there with a family probably staying in about 15-20 rooms in the hotel, we should have been allowed to stay in the pool area. The pool area is removed from the rooms and should not cause any noise problems. Instead, we were asked to move to a very crowded gazebo area directly outside the windows of a significant portion of the hotel. People were looking out the windows and complaining of the noise. This would not have been a problem had we been allowed to stay in the pool area.”

• Our second room was very quiet, had a nice view of the Courtyard.
• On Monday, the elevators were closed from 10 am to noon, without notice to guests. This was very bad timing for a fire drill, right at check out time.

“Pillows were very numerous, but all too fluffy. Many people prefer flatter pillows. I had to go get my own.”

• Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
• Not much to see/do nearby. Airport 10 minutes away.

“This building met what we expected from this chain of hotels. It was clean and comfortable when many hotels in the area had reviews mentioning "mold" and "roaches." I would definitely stay here again. It is worth the extra drive to stay somewhere this clean, comfortable, and affordable in this area.”

“Good location, everything is nearby, including a shopping mall, diners, Wal-mart, target, movie theaters, car wash, etc. The only thing is that it is not easily accessible from the highway; you have to exit and then turn around and head on the feeder to get to the hotel. Overall, it was good, clean, good room service, easy but secure access to the room via doors on the side of the facility. I would definitely stay on this hotel again.”

• We loved the location of the hotel.
• The pool was extremely small and my children were disappointed.

“Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. The only complaint was that the pool was very small. It literally looked like an oversize tub. The beds were not very comfortable either.”

• The pool area was very nice, wonderful landscaping.

“My family will never stay at this hotel or any other Courtyard Marriott. We had a spill or red soda and called and reported it and to ask for clean sheets. They brought the wrong sheets my husband went to the front desk and asked for the right ones. They seemed to not care about the spill, they did not offer any cleaning supplies or to come clean it at all. We get home from our vacation and we have a $100.00 charge to our credit card because of the spill. We did not try to hide anything and we let them know what happened. They are been very sneaky about the whole thing. We have called, reservation line, customer service at 3 levels trying to get the situation resolved, they keep telling us the general manager of the hotel is out and will call. It has been 24 hours and no call. We usually stay in the either embassy suits or holiday inn expresses, so that is what we will be sticking with for now on. I am going to send this same letter to the better business bureau and to Marriott.”

“This hotel is in a great location, has a restaurant with a great breakfast buffet. Close to other restaurants and shopping. Very friendly staff. Would recommend for family with children.”

• The staff was friendly. Manager met us outside to check us in since the floor in the lobby was wet.
• The bed. It was too hard. Felt like we were sleeping on the hard ground.
