• I like the fact that a nice kitchen area was inside of the room.
• The staff was rude, locked us out of the room, barged in on us and said it was time to check out.

“The hotel was in a convenient location. It was a one star hotel that had a nice kitchen area in the room which was very convenient. The night staff was great. The morning staff didn't listen or write down what time I was checking out and had other staff barge in the room to come and put me out. It was very unprofessional.”

• Nothing.
• Smelled like animal urine.

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. The room I was sent to smelled of cat or dog crap and urine. The staff was friendly; however the animals living at this hotel must be crapping everywhere in the adjacent rooms because the smell was unbearable. I would not stay at this hotel ever again, or ever recommend it to anyone.”

“I would suggest that they keep personnel on after 10 p.m. For guest services, the entire hotel shut down after 10.”

• Facility exceeded expectations, would recommend.
• Lack of DVD or vs. availability.

“I was pleasantly surprised what a clean, updated, safe and staff friendly facility. The kitchen was a plus and not having daily maid service was no big deal. It was also conveniently located near hwy/interstate. I would recommend as it was a great value.”

• The refrigerator, stove, cookware, utensils, etc.
• Often have to go to office for a utensil or a skillet, etc.

“This is an ideal place for travelers who are on special diets and cannot eat at restaurants. Also, I do my shopping for organic foods and need the fridge and freezer to store my items until I return home (4 hrs away). This is an affordable place that I enjoy staying in.”

• Unclean. Very small room. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows.

“This hotel is in a good location, and the people working the desk were friendly. However, the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Pillows hard and lumpy. Bed was like a valley, both sides going to the middle. Sheets looked old, worn, and stained.”

• It was very good for the price, but definitely not a luxury hotel!
• No mattress pad on the bed, and it no refresh services if you are not staying for more than a week.

“This hotel was actually nicer than we expected. It was nice to have a little kitchen in the room! However, it was a little creepy when the cheap fitted sheet came off during the night and I found myself sleeping directly on the mattress! It still makes my skin crawl!”
