• Three beds in room.
• Bedbugs.

“It is walking distance from the city, which is nice, but little did we know, they have bedbugs! No joke, we all came home with bedbugs. They refuse to take responsibility, but me and my friends only met up for three nights, and all ended up with them, and all went our separate ways. It doesn't take a genius to figure this one out. The room didn't seem too bad, but they definitely don't clean well enough, or keep up with maintenance pest control! I wouldn't recommend it.”

• The location is actually close to Downtown and the Capitol.
• Everything thing else. Yes it's near Downtown, but is it worth it? Absolutely not.

“I stayed here last week and wasn't expecting too much (I mean it is a motel after all) anyway I walked in and immediately felt weirder out. The lobby is pretty much a desk. Understandably there are some things that just aren't the fault of the employees. However the lack of cleanliness is. Also, there were homeless people knocking on my door asking for money and cigarettes? Apparently the motel is located on the east side of Austin which isn't the greatest side. Granted it is right at the corner of 35 and 12th St. You'd think it wouldn't be too bad. Well it is. Needless to say I stayed for one night then went to a different hotel.”
