• Very accommodating and friendly staff.
• Bath/shower could be upgraded.

“Very pleasant stay. This Bay Mont was formerly a Comfort Inn and is older, but very clean and suitable for leisure travel. They had a decent breakfast and also have high speed internet. The pool looked inviting, but we did not have time to use it.”

• Close to airport.
• Did not want to give more than two wash towels per day.

“We asked for extra wash towels one morning, they gave us two, I was asked for my room number and when the cleaning people came, they did not leave any wash towels because I got two from the desk that morning. So that didn't set right with me. Most people use two towels one for the body and one for their face, at lease I do.”

• It was close to where I needed to go for business.
• The room was pink.

“The staff was friendly, but talked on the phone while conducting business with me, (annoying) the room was very basic, nothing extra, pillows were too big to sleep on comfortably.”

“The location was very difficult to get to and to get out of due to traffic, the refrigerator did not work, the pool was not open, when I went to put my key in the door, there was another couple there. Just a very unprofessionally run establishment.”

• Very friendly, excellent service.
• Had only one driveway into the hotel off of a busy street.

“My only complaint about the hotel was the access into the hotel parking lot.”

• The staff and hotel exceeded our expectations.
• Traffic could be a factor but wasn't that big of a deal.

“The Baymont was excellent. The rooms were superior to most higher priced hotels. The breakfast was a good quality start to the day. The service was polite and friendly. Being near a military base and Wal-Mart shopping center made for some heavy traffic at certain times of the day, but the hotel advised us of a way around it (3 rights make a left). They did say the city is looking to correct the problem. For the most part traffic wasnt a problem. We walked across the parking lot to Ryan's Steakhouse and Jack in the Box for dinner. I would go there again for sure!”

• It had juice the morning.
• Some things in the room should be replaced.

“The hotel needs to replace the tub, frig, microwave and sink in the room. The door was hard to close.”

• Clean room, good continental breakfast.
• Curtains block AC/Heater unit which is directly below window. Had to use shoes to hold back curtains.

• The bathroom was small, and a little worn down.

“Nice hotel, right in Killeen, quick trip anywhere from the hotel. It was a little worn down, but clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and very helpful.”

• Tough to get into hotel parking lot due to traffic.

“Good location in Killeen but difficult access due to traffic. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, excellent service. The rooms were nice. I would definitely stay there again even though it's rough getting into the parking lot (one way in and out).”

• I really can not say, since we did not utilize the breakfast portion and their is no restaurant.

• The location.
• The free continental breakfast was poor and the community lobby was closed except for breakfast.

“Overall it was a nice hotel with easy access to Ft. Hood. The housekeeping service was slow in cleaning rooms and it was on a very busy street which made it difficult to get in and out of the driveway at times (traffic would back up, blocking the driveway).”

• Rooms were clean, staff friendly, and area safe.
• Traffic in front of the only entrance was heavy making it difficult to get in and out.

“The hotel is conveniently located for shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and fresh linens were provided daily. The only downfall we found was the heavy traffic on the street into the only entrance making it very difficult and sometimes impossible to get in and out.”

• Great hotel all around!
• Doors are locked early in the morning, so no breakfast for anyone leaving before 6:30 a.m.

“This is probably the best hotel I've found, especially for the price, in Killeen. The room is wonderful, water hot, nice staff, and conveniently located. Would definitely stay again.”

“I've stayed here three times and I will continue going back every time Im in Killeen! It's just all around fantastic and the perfect room whether traveling for business, with family, or on a romantic get away. I absolutely love this place!”

• Room is big and has everything you could possibly want! Staff is so nice!
• Not sure if they had a laundry room, but could not locate it.

“I love staying in this hotel! Especially as a business traveler, I know how important it is to get a good nights sleep; paying attention to comfort of the bed, good coffee machine, hot shower, cable TV, AC, quietness of the area/room, safety of the area, good drapes (keeps the room nice and dark), friendly staff, and convenient parking and location. Baymont Inn had all of this and more! I've stayed with them twice so far and will be staying with them twice more next week. Highly recommend this hotel!”

• We enjoyed the size and cleanliness of the rooms for the price.

“This is a great motel for travelers and businessmen alike. Nice, spacious rooms and big-sized bath areas. Room was supplied with plenty of towels and necessities Were very pleased with the quality of the room for the excellent price we paid!”
