• The only positive change you can make is not for her to work there any more.
• That I will stay somewhere else.

“One staff only that change my mine of staying there ever again her name is Judy Coronado She was so nasty to me. I make sure that my friends from job never stay there.”

• Room was smaller than I expect for four star hotel.

• Downtown Austin, 2 blocks from 6th street.
• We were placed in a smoking room with twin beds.

“Overall the hotel is definitely a 4 star hotel. Very nice atmosphere. Hotel bar was very fancy. Conveniently placed in the heart of downtown Austin. Awesome.”

• Too noisy in mornings. Housekeeping horrible.

• The hotel is across the street from Austin Convention Center where I was taking my 5 year old son for Thomas the Tank engine.
• The pool was closed because someone had gotten sick in the pool.

“Very pleasant, courteous staff, that provided a very good service. Good food in the restaurant.”

• Great location, very centrally located to eateries and entertainment.
• The noise level. A band played both nights we stayed and kept us awake until 1:00 am.

“The hotel is very nice and clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is located a block away from the famous 6th street strip where live music and entertainment is available.”

• The design of the lobby and bar were great, great atmosphere and staff.

“This hotel overall is great. Wonderful feel to the place. I had two problems, the next morning there was construction at 9am, which woke me up early on the one day I had to sleep in. I ordered late night room service for two which rang up about $70, which is fine but the food was cold.”

• Great location. Great view. Great parking. Friendly staff. Friendly parking attendants. Nice coffee shop. Clean room. Plenty of soft pillows.

• Staff was great this trip, much better than last year. I found the staff to be very helpful. Rooms clean.
• Having to pay $12/day for parking.

“Very large hotel, not a terribly busy weekend, and all the staff was attentive. Great location for 6th Street and Congress Ave. Parking is $12/day. But you just park your car and walk around. Lots of good restaurants and bars close by.”

• Two different front desk staffers were not very accommodating and were somewhat rude.

• This was an awesome hotel. It was very upscale. The location was perfect, 2 blocks to 6th Street and several great restaurants.
• Not one thing.

“The hotel was awesome. The rooms were very large. The bed was comfortable with plush pillows and mattresses. It was very attractive. The lobby area is huge. The decor is beautiful. It was a great hotel and a fabulous downtown location.”

• Wonderful ambiance, beautiful room, attentive staff, great location.
• Their main bed cover was a down duvet, something you don't need in Texas too hot.

• You have to pay for parking and internet access.

“This hotel is in a great location, just 2 blocks down from 6th street. The room was well decorated and trendy. The breakfast waffles were delicious! My only problem was that you had to pay $12 for self parking (garage) and $10-12 for internet access. Overall, a great place to stay.”

• No ESPN!

“Great location, easy walk to 6th street and convention center, easy access to I35. Comfortable beds, pillows and sheets were highest quality. Room was small but adequate. Valet parking was a challenge as there was a big crowd trying to leave at the same time Sunday morning. It was a big hotel so you don't have the intimate feeling of a cozy B&B, but overall it was just what we expected and we had a nice experience.”

• They didn't tell me when I checked in that I'd pay so much for parking.

• Exceeded expectations of 4 star standards, great staff.
• I think I was overcharged for incidentals by $23.00.

“The rooms are elegant, clean and the atmosphere is nice. Restaurants are top notch. There is no better hospitality staff in the city of Austin. Keep track of your incidentals and square up at checkout, don't allow them to charge after you leave because I was overcharged by $23.00 and have not resolved the issue.”
