• The location, I guess. The rooms smelled.
  

“This hotel might be okay for some travelers but we did not sleep on the cheap, hard bed. The walls were extremely thin and even after changing rooms, the room smelled of cigarettes. This smell was also in the hall and aggravated my allergies.
”

• There wasn't any complimentary shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom.

“Hotel is nice. However if you are staying less than 7 days you will not receive fresh towels and housekeeping unless you pay extra.”

• I did not like it at all.
• No room service or counter service. Very dark not safe.

“I did not feel safe, there was no body at night to ask for help and the room was dirty, no housekeeping available.”

• Like an apartment it had everything.
• No breakfast.

“I really enjoyed the stay there. I highly recommend this hotel to any one it was very nice. I loved how the room had a recliner chair a desk and also a dinner table. Very nice, it was more like renting a small apartment for the night. We were satisfied.”

• Check in was quick and easy.
• No shampoo, blow dryer, bathroom amenities.

“Quick check in with easy access to elevators. Nice kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator. Best for business travelers staying several days.”

• Very rude staff complete rear end sassy to me called me names etc.
• Staff.

• Very nice hotel for the business person, staff could know more of local area.
• Didnt seem to have a clue about restaurants, and delivery places.

“Hotel was of my liking and the guess with me was pleased with the stay. Even though it was for a medical reason we were there.”

• The location.
• Insufficient non-smoking rooms and no coffee offered in the mornings. Also charged for things that are offered free at other Extend Stay facilities.

• The kitchenette and the chair with ottoman.
• The hard, hard bed.

“This is a no-frills facility, but nice room layout and all the basics. Good area with a Whole Foods nearby so you could get snacks for the room. The beds were terribly hard, and the sheets seemed too short. But for the price, it was good value.”
