“Location was good, atmosphere pleasant, express checkout great, but I didn't like the 12.00, unknown daily charge for parking I would have stayed at another hotel had I known about this!”

• Large suite, nice amenities.
• Some mold in shower, expensive parking.

“Lovely suite hotel with large, nicely decorated 2 room suites. Living and Kitchen areas separate from large bedroom. TVs in both rooms. Many amenities provided. Common areas are small but nice. Parking is expensive in underground garage. Walking distance to Capital but not to downtown restaurants and clubs.”

• The young man that drove the hotel complimentary van very helpful.
• No ice machine, $12 parking fee.

“Lots of space, would easily accommodate a family. Very comfy beds and good shower. $12 parking fee. The hotel van was an added plus.”

• Smoking room. Lack of elevators.

“If you get a non-smoking room, the hotel is ok. There are too many rooms for two elevators, so plan on leaving early.”

• The hotel staff was very friendly, I was in Austin for a benefit, and they offered to take us there in with their shuttle bus.

“Excellent room, my son went with me, and he enjoyed it as well. Great view from our window. Would love to stay there again.”

• The size of the room coupled with the views, along with the breakfast buffet.
• The room should have had a king size bed rather than a Queen size that would have been perfect.

“3.5+ star hotel, excellent location between UT and Downtown Austin, has large suites with separate living/sleeping areas and full kitchens. Stay in luxury near UT!”

• The bed was great, clean room, lots of space.
• The tub was small & the view was not good.

“The hotel was great for a quick get away. I liked the room service menu because it catered to vegetarians. The location was convenient. It was 3-7 minutes drive to most places in town.”

• I liked the fact that our room was a suite and the large bath room.
• The pool area was not particularly attractive.

• The suite was comfortable, large, inviting, had a kitchen, and the beds were very comfortable.
• The food in the restaurant was terrible.

• Great location, walking distance to capital and UT Austin.
• Beds were not as comfortable as I expected and we were placed on a smoking floor.

“This hotel was nice and clean and it was a great location. The staff was accommodating and I would stay at this location again.”

• The location, price, very comfortable size rooms, love the cookies.
• My coffee cups were dirty and I was told I would receive clean ones and did not receive them.

“Enjoyed my stay the beds are very comfortable the rooms are a nice size and the location was great.”

• There for my son's wedding, they went out of the way to assist us for the big moment.
• Odd parking garage.

• Delicious hot cookies when you arrive.
• Smoking floors smell horrible.

“When I arrived I told them that I am allergic to cigarette smoke. They said that they were booked and that I had no choice but to stay in a smoking room. They had meet go into 5 rooms that were smoking to see if I could tolerate the smoke. I told them that I couldn't not. This went on for about 40 minutes. After this I politely told them that there was no way that I could stay in smoking room.”
