• Conveniently located.
• Elevator reeked of an extremely foul odor the entire stay; Horrible bed pillows.

“Not what I expected for the price I paid. From the star level, I thought it would be good. Wasn't the worst place, but definitely not great. Horrible night's sleep; Foul-smelling elevator, not the friendliest person at check-in; could stand for some re-carpeting.”

• It was very convenient to downtown Austin.
• There was a bug (roach) in our room.

“Hotel is just a basic hotel, great for the partying visitors that just want a place to crash. The rooms have kitchenettes, so good for a long term visitor.”

• Friendly staff. Great location. Free parking.
• Poor drainage in bath tub and sink. No clean towels until 7 days unless you pay. No extra toiletries unless you ask at counter.

“The hotel was better than we expected. I came to Austin to attend a motorcycle rally, had my truck and trailer loaded with motorcycles. The parking lot is an outdoor lot (not an underground garage) with plenty of space to accommodate my vehicles. Arrived earlier than check in time. Staff allowed me to check in to an available room. Would stay here again.”

“This Extended Stay Hotel was very conveniently located, and its staff was competent and cordial. While not glamorous by any means, it was equipped with everything (well, our room was a little sparse on flatware) you would need to accommodate a longer stay.”

• There was not an ice machine on site for guest use.

“The rooms in this hotel have paper-thin walls so you can easily talking and traffic. You can also hear your neighbor next door. The bed was very uncomfortable and there was not an ice machine for guests. You could see and hear the ice machine at the front desk, but they would not fill up a cup for me. They said they didn't have an ice machine.”
