• Nice room.
• Dirty sheets, charges for everything.

“ The hotel charges for everything - internet, coffee in the room, $5 for a bottle of water. Sheets were dirty and rumpled. I expect more from an Omni - won't stay again.

• The hotel was comfortable and quiet and close to downtown.
• There were hairs on towels and on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived.

“My husband and I took a weekend trip to Austin and stayed at the Omni Southpark. We were pleased with the quietness and ambiance of the hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay her again.”

• Convenience to downtown, atmosphere, staff and cleanliness.

“The staff welcomed us from the door. The bartenders were very friendly. The atmosphere from the lobby to the pool area to the rooms was very romantic and clean and relaxing. Will definitely book again soon. This was a great weekend away.”

• Very clean and comfortable, and well appointed room.
• No bad experiences! This hotel met all my needs.

“I booked this hotel on Priceline knowing that the Omni chain of hotel generally provides nice accommodations and a quiet atmosphere. I was very impressed, however, by the level of service and the comfort of the room at this Omni! It was located in an ideal Austin location - simple to get back on I-35 to go downtown, simple to get to the airport and conference facilities. A perfect stay!”

• Hallway and between room noise attenuation great.
• Road noise was much higher than expected in such a hotel.

• Room lighting limited and inconvenient.

“Lighting in entry was very low, switches at lamps not on walls. Little lighting for make up area other than bathroom. No complimentary fruit, juice or rolls for breakfast.”

• Very nice hotel. Check in and out was super fast and easy. Hotel staff was very friendly!

“We stayed at this hotel on our way to the beach so we were there for a very short time. We were able to get a good nights sleep because the hotel was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable.”
