  • The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and very accommodating.
  • The first thing I did was check the hotel room restroom and there was a used Q- tip on the floor.

“The hotel location was great. However, the state of our hotel room was unacceptable. The two lamps on either side of the bed did not work. When I checked behind the bed to see if they were plugged in, the floor was filthy, dirty. When I checked the restroom after we first arrived there was a pill of some type and a used Q-tip on the floor. The bed we slept on was extremely uncomfortable; neither my fiance nor I got hardly any sleep do to our discomfort.”

  • The hot breakfast was very good, well supplied, and at convenient hours.
  • Limited parking near the door.

“Our family enjoyed our 2 night stay. The room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom a little cramped for assisting children. The staff was polite and efficient. The pool was cleaned about mid-morning. The hot breakfast was diverse, fresh, and well supplied at convenient hours. The hotel was undergoing renovations in its public areas. It was a nice hotel for the price located in the Austin area. I would choose this hotel again.”

  • Nothing.
  • Rude staff, dirty hotel, not accommodating poor quality price was too much for poor quality.

“Do not recommend this hotel to anyone especially for the price. Stay at Hotel 6 or Super 8 you will get your money back there.”

  • Great full breakfast! Saved some money with this feature!
  • It was fine, just a little remodeling odor of paint on 1st floor.

“It was a good deal for the money and staff was very nice. Having free breakfast really helped my pocketbook, and everyone enjoyed making their own waffles!”

Cleanliness:[4] • Staff:[4] • Location:[8]

  • Convenient location.
  • It's a bit dingy.

“The hotel met my needs (convenient to airport and Downtown / UT). It is a bit dingy. Not really dirty but worn and tired. It was fine for one night.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[7] • Location:[3]

  • Complimentary happy hour and a very good breakfast in the morning.
  • Very hard to get to, but that's Austins freeway's problem, I suppose.

“A place to sleep. None descript. A very good breakfast with waffles, cereal, fruit, sausage, eggs, etched to see from the freeway and from the frontage road. Their address is south ih 35, which in my experience means that the address is on the side of the south bound lane (west side). Not so here. It is north bound, and it was very hard to find and to get to. Austin's freeway system leaves something to be desired. We found it more difficult to get around in Austin than we did in Dallas, Houston, or san Antonio.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[2] • Location:[6]

  • The location was not far from my business. The variety of TV channels was good.

“The run down hotel did not justify the cost. The halls and elevator were dirty. It is close to many fine hotels but it is not. I would never knowingly make a reservation at this hotel at any price. Safety was a concern. I think it was mistake to classify it as a hotel on any star level. I travel to Austin weekly and had no time to change my accommodations last week.”

  • Location.
  • Blood on pillow cases.

“Good location off hwy 35. I will not return, they did offer to move us after 1st night. Reported I s on both pillows the next morning after late return to room and the same pillows were on bed the next night again. I think that is ridiculous.”

  • Absolutely nothing - staff implied no customer service.

“The room was a smoking room with a lot of odor - asked front desk if they had non-smoking room and the desk attendant and supervisor just pointed to the computer screen.”

  • Adequate. Not special, but definitely adequate.
  • Located on IH 35, which can be a bear during rush hours.
