• Beds were very comfortable.
• Maid service was lacking. One bed was not made, and towels and cups were not replenished.

• For me it was all about location.

• The price.

“Not a bad place to stay if you're looking for an inexpensive room. Cold AC, a swimming pool, polite staff, mediocre beds and bathroom amenities make it a nice motel.”

• Convenient to airport, price was ok.
• Right next to a major hwy.

“We arrived at midnight, it was a quick drive to the hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean, although on a lower scale. Good for a late night check-in for a clean place to sleep.”

• Located on major traffic routes.
• Night time lighting was lacking, Security issues.

“The hotel was very easy to locate and reach, even considering heavy road construction in the area. Access to area roads and highways was easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any question I had. You will have to remember to ask the front desk to authorize the pay-per-view options when you check in if you want to watch a movie in your room. However, the prices are reasonable.”

• Comfortable bed.
• No internet in room, electrical outlet did not work.

“Even though it was obvious there were recent renovations, the hotel still seemed shabby, the staff was unwilling to investigate the problems we reported, and the breakfast was really minimal. I did not think this hotel deserved the 2.5 star rating as it was not comparable to others I have stayed in.”

“The hotel was ok. Will never recommend it to any one. My cell phone was stolen from the hotel room and management didn't seem to care. Maintenance people will go in your room when you are not there. Do not stay there!”

“Upon arrival at this motel, I was afraid to get out of my car because of the seedy location it was in. I did not stay at this hotel due to the location. There was a robbery one block from this hotel and I am glad I didn't stay there.”

• Very convenient to anywhere you want to you.
• Loud construction going on right across the road from our room late into the night on our last night there.

“This hotel was very convenient to the airport, Austin, and surrounding towns and cities. Our room as clean (although the bathroom was tiny) and the staff friendly. It was, however, very noisy on our last night there with some kind of construction going on across the road from our room late into the night.”

• Limited eating areas without having to drive.

“The room was ok, but nothing special. Kind of smelly not too fresh! The noise level was very good to be so close to major freeway. But the price was fair. The entry to the 2nd floor from the lobby was in poor condition just plain worn out.”

• It was in a very bad part of town and we did not feel safe leaving our car in the lot.

“We didn't even check in to the motel. It was on the corner of a highway in a very industrial and worn down part of Austin. We had to lose our money because the motel was not suitable for crack heads.”

• The entrance of the Hotel was congested with traffic.

• Mold in the shower, the pool was full of dirt and mold.

“The location worked and the price was fair. Overall, Austin is a great place so the hotel didn't overshadow our time on vacation. Thank you.”

• The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was also in a convenient location for restaurants and shopping.
• My only complaint is that my room had a very strong odor of smoke. I neglected to ask for a nonsmoking room and just chose to keep the room.

“I was very pleased with our room. It surpassed my expectations in appearance and the quality and comfort of the room. We will be happy to stay there again.”
