• Everything was bad.

“The room we stayed in had a 3 foot hole in the mattress and boxspring. When I called the front desk, the clerk rudely said we could move to another room, take it or leave it. I asked for a manager and he said one was only available 8-5, Monday - Friday, he said I could call then to complain then he hung up on me. I walked to the front desk to complain about the room and being hung up on, arguement, clerk could not call manager, instead he calls the police to have us removed from the room for complaining about the service. (side note: he said I threateded him and that I was intoxicated. I am a 5' 3 female who does not drink, smoke, or do drugs). Then, he called the manager that could not be called before to let her know the police were called. The police had to instruct the clerk that he had to give us a refund to leave the property, which we gladly did and stayed at a super nice comfort suites across the street. After all this the clerk would not give his name to us to report him. We also heard he was rude to others in the hotel about giving extra towels, and a room had a toilet flood.”
