• The location was convenient, personal was knowledgeable on directions places
• Might use new upgrades, towels, refrigerator

“Good hotel hospitality. Knowledgeable personal on directions of town and places. Could be a romantic place too if by the pool. The city is upgrading roads & so is hotel, will be very nice setting.”

• Staff was extremely friendly and efficient.
• Appearance needs a lot of updating.

“This hotel is good if you are just going to sleep there, although the rooms do need a lot of structural updating. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made this hotel stay a pleasant experience. Otherwise, I would have given poor marks all the way around.”

• Great parking lot.
• Housekeeping was horrible, no toilet paper!

“I called guest services several times about toilet paper, clean towels. The smoke detector battery was low and kept beeping all night long! Nothing was done, I went out to a convenient store to purchase my own TP!”

• Good size room.
• Felt unsafe & dirty!

“I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. I thought Howard john sons were nice economy hotels. This place was Nasty. There were broken out lights in the parking lot. There was a utility closet that was unlocked and dark that we had to pass on the way to the room. A perfect place for a vagrant to hide or pull you into. The bathtub looked dirty. Luckily we had our own sheets & pillows. This place needs some major improvement.”

• Nothing.
• It was pathetic. Very unclean. Dirty rooms. Garbage everywhere. Sick.

“The hotel was hope-less. Very unclean. Lot of garbage on the pathways. Only the reception area was clean. No water cooler/ice dispensers. Not clean.”
