• Free Breakfast, HBO.
• Staff, Noise, TV & AC did not function properly.

“Staff too busy making copies to wait on customers. They just stormed off but I yelled Excuse Me is anyone there. TV Remotes did not work, new batteries did not help. Toilet did not flush properly. Construction workers on 3rd floor (very unpleasant noise). AC in my first room was smashed and not functional. As you know from many previous stays (elsewhere) and reviews.”

• We liked the kitchen, refrigerator, nice size room.
• The trash being left outside the door. Smells and stains the carpet.

“It's OK to not clean the room daily, but I think the trash/garbage needs to be picked up daily.”

• It is worn down and old hotel.

“Well, first aloted non smoking room #303, did have the choked flush system in the bathroom, with black stains on the worn carpet (next to the mirror). On my reporting to reception about choked flush they gave me rubber plunger thing. Well, later receptionist moved me to one another room #366. This second room carpet was old too, Microwave was non-working, lamps were missing bulbs. Staff was friendly and courteous.”

• Large room, clean kitchen, exercise room, continental breakfast.
• Dirty carpet, small exercise room, needs some weight machines.

“Much better than the dumpy Extended stay I recently stayed in, in Ft. Lauderdale.”

• Good for price.
• Dirty bath tub.

“Overall good for value. The staff was very friendly. Had some maintenance issues with carpet old and bathtub dirty. Overall I think it was good for the price I paid. I would have been disappointed if I paid the normal rate.”

“It started off bad as my reservation was not there and they were booked, but they gave me a 2 bedroom suite for the same price as i was awarded, so i was very appreciative and blown away overall. ”

• It was convenient and providing a continential breakfast was a definite plus!

“When we arrived, at 6:15 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon, no one was manning the front desk-- we could not check in. We waited 15-20 minutes, and no staff ever appeared. A hand-written note at the desk directed us to call an extension for help-- it just fed us into the hotel voicemail message. We had plans beginning at 7:00 and had to leave early in order to check in at the hotel before the 11:00 p.m. cut off. The room itself was missing shampoo.”

• carpet dirty in rooms & corridors, lightbulbs missing, desk lamp missing in one room

“Overall the experience was comfortable and good with pleasant staff always willing to help. The overall condition of the facility requires attention. While the infrastructure of the hotel is good the carpet is dirtu , maintenance is lacking on bulb replacement, lamps are missing from rooms and the thur wall hvac units have covers loose or falling off.”
