• The landscaping was beautiful!
• The air conditioning in the lobby & common areas was not working. Also, the elevator was very slow.

“I thought it was a very nice place to stay. The grounds were very attractive, the rooms were nice & clean & roomy & the pool was nice.”

• Clean, quiet, close to Wal-Mart and sums.
• Sort of hard to find for someone no familiar with Austin. Wasp nest under roof of gazebo.

“The room was in excellent condition, clean, beds well made, and the air was cold when we walked in (just the way I like it). The courtyard was awesome and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and courteous and they made checking in and out effortless. If we're ever in the Austin area again, this will more than likely be "our spot".”

• Smelled bad, lots of noise.

“I reserved non smoking, was given smoking. The internet access was not available. They had a repairman banging on the ice machine at 6 AM across from my room. The guy at the front desk didn't speak enough English to give me a different room. Totally unsatisfactory.”
