• Nothing!
• It was a total mess, inside and out, and glad to get out of there!

“The was very small. They have been there for some time. The TV was old, the carpet was dirty, the staff was a total mess and the hotel was extremely expensive. This hotel needs some serious help! Save your money and a sleepless night and go elsewhere.”

• Very friendly, accommodating staff. Allowed me to bring my mountain bike to my room and allowed a late check out.
• Bed was a bit too firm for my taste. However, I love very soft beds.

“Compact, efficient rooms. Full kitchen with utensils. Full size refrigerator. Double windows that open. Recliner in room. Wireless internet for entire stay for a flat fee (Around 5$). Room service. Free local calls. No cleaning service on stays of less than 7 days unless you request and pay for it. However, fresh towels and linen can be obtained at the front desk for no charge.”

• The staff - all of them. Couldn't have asked for better.
• Internet service provider was difficult.

“Fabulous staff. I was going through a rough time and they did everything they could to make it better. I felt as if they were taking it upon themselves to personally protect me. Everything else was perfect. Clean rooms, available clean towels, etc.”

• Clean, cool and comfortable.
• Directions were not good for finding hotel. Used local highway terms instead of highway numbers.

• It's location and large window that actually opened.
• The TV was way to small and outdated, but it did have a remote.

“Excellent place for an extended stay for contract employees. Would definitely recommend it to low budget traveling workers. I would give up some refrigerator capacity for a 27"-32" HDTV.”

• Close to the freeway.
• They change me for an upgrade for two double bed room.

“This hotel told me that they would be full and had no rooms. They charged me an upgrade which I do not think they should have.”

“The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean! The only thing that was a problem is that the hotel was located off from a service road and it made it very difficult to get to.”

• A lady gave me a map quest; she went above & beyond the call of duty.
• It was hard to find. I kept circling and it took be 30 min. to find it.

• Nothing. A brash staff at the reception is a turn off.
• Poor amenities. Free internet promised, not delivered.

• Price and location in comparison in place to worksite.
• Did not have free internet access at the hotel and the service they did have been still very difficult to connect.

“I thought the price was quite reasonable for the quality. I think if they are planning to increase business with the weekly business traveler they need to offer a free, dependable high speed service to their guests. I also think shampoo/conditioner should be available in rooms for those not staying at the property on a long term basis.”

• Separate living area, separate doors to bedroom. The area we stayed in was a new and clean addition to the hotel so it was fresh truly smoke free.
• Assigned a room that had maintenance making repairs. Had to wait even though we were not check in in early.

“This particular hotel has a swimming pool/courtyard/exercise room. Large Hotel, have to walk quite a distance to get to the one ice machine for the property, but there is cubed ice in the fridge.”

• The hotel was very clean and the receptionist very excellent.
• The hotel is not easily accessible from the highway.

“This hotel is very clean. The staffs I met and interacted with were very helpful and excellently receptive. The hotel's location was not easily accessible, and wireless internet offered an additional charge. However, though part of the extended stay hotel, unlike another ash I stayed in Austin, Texas, that offered a free internet. If access to this hotel is improved, this facility stands to offer good services.”

“I was very disappointed with the hotel. It was not clean at all. There looked to be some bodily dried on stain on the comforter **yuck**.”

• The room smelled like cigarette smoke.

“Good cheap hotel. Has access to highway. Rooms are non smoking but smell like smoking. Staff is very slow. No blow dryer.”
