• Safe. quiet, and was convenient.
• Lipstick on the bed coverlet, hair on a towel in bathroom.

“We have stayed at this hotel in the past and had a good experience. This was the first time I felt that it wasn't quite as clean as before.”

• Clean.
• Room was upstairs when they had promised us it would be downstairs!

“The room was okay, but the hotel staff gave away our downstairs room when we arrived late in the evening (we had told them we would). We had much difficulty climbing the stairs as we are handicapped.”

• No elevator. Hard to schlep computer, etc up to 2nd floor. Room AC noisy.

• Currently being remodeled which is needed.

• It was close to everything we needed.
• No security, someone tried to break into our room at 2:45a.m.

• The clientele was questionable the second night I could smell marijuana in the hallway.

• The bed was great as well as the indoor pool and lobby.
• We had to leave.

“It was much nicer than I had anticipated. Loved the bed, we even called Serta to try and buy that particular mattress. Restaurant was good and the recliner in the room was great. The indoor pool and hot tub area was very nice.”

• Room was very clean, had everything I needed.
• Hallways were extremely loud and noisy every morning around 10:00 to noon.

• Cleanliness, provided shower caps, you do not find in many hotels. Very comfortable bed.
• Went to the dining area, not enough waiters, skipped us and went to someone else to serve first. We were there 1st.

• Rooms were remodeled recently.
• Both electrical outlets in bathroom did not work.

“Both electrical outlets in bathroom did not work. The a/c in room put off an odor that smelled like urine. The restaurant was just average. the hotel was understaffed. On the good side, the hotel was clean, and at a good location. Has indoor and outdoor pools, although small. The rooms had a refrigerator and microwave oven in them. Overall, we had a good stay.”

• Hot tub, housekeeping staff, and checking out.
• Pillows, stinky cigarette rooms, noise, awful restaurant.

“The Ramada in Enid could be worse. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping staff is lovely. The desk people are kind of hot and cold. The hallways are horribly noisy, the in-room climate control is clunky and erratic and loud. And I'm wondering when hotels decided that gigantic pillows that make your neck fold in half were a good idea.”
