  • Thermostat broken, died from heat or froze.

“The thermostat was broken and it was either terribly hot or you froze. They wouldn't give us another room and we stayed two nights. They had also washed their pillows and they were nothing but big clumps, we had to go and buy pillows as they said this was all they had. ”

  • Nonsmoking room smelled like smoke bad had to change rooms.
