• Much nicer and well kept up for the $.
• The carpet in the room need to be shampooed. Leaves feet dirty.

“Overall the hotel was a pleasant surprise. It is moderately new and clean. The breakfast was decent. The staff was great. Only complaint was the carpet in the room. Due to humidity the carpet always feels sticky and leaves feet black with dirt. It is in need of a wet cleaning.”

• Front entrance made me bottom out my car, needed to use the side one instead.

• Suited our purpose as a place to sleep and shower.
• The bed was as hard as brick.

“If you do not intend to spend much time in your room, just sleep and shower this will fit the bill. The bed is very hard, if this is a concern for you.”

• Nice, clean room.
• Breakfast- poor effort, don't plan on it.

“Hotel was as described except that they did list a complimentary breakfast, but when we went down, there was 1 table and some bagels. Not much of a breakfast! Everything else was just fine.”

• No refrigerator or microwave oven in the room.

“This served as a basic and decent accommodation for my tennis tournament stay. The location was excellent, the room reasonably attractive and comfortable.”

• Very conveniently located close to schlitterbahn and good places to eat. Very clean and the kids loved the pool and hot tub.
• The beds were n' t the most comfortable but that was the only thing we could say.

“Our group of 12 stayed here and we were very pleased with our selection. The front office staff was very helpful and we felt safe staying here. I felt that the rooms including the bathroom were very clean. Excellent choice for the money, New Braunfels is not a cheap place to stay. We will revisit them again next time!”

• The 2 queen bed suite was large and was clean.
• The continental breakfast was not very good as far as selection of food.

“The hotel room was clean and big. The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was a joke as far as selection. The price was probably high for the amenities offered. Otherwise, it was an acceptable place to stay.”
