• Different hotel every night, they all tend to blend together.
• When I asked for a receipt showing a 0 balance for travel purposes, they said I should get that on line.

“It was OK. I wouldn't drive to Edinburgh just to stay in this hotel, but if I found myself there, it was a pretty decent hotel.”

• The location of the hotel to the business that I was attending.
• The carpet had holes in it and the chair also had a hole in it.

“The condition of the furniture and carpet was not very good for the price that was paid for the accommodations.”

• The cleaning staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and spacious.
• The front desk staff was not friendly or helpful at all. There were no kid-friendly areas for my son to play without disturbing other guests.

“The location is very convenient for travel within Edinburgh and McAllen. The room was a good value: comfortable beds, nice tub, spacious room, and a good range of TV channels. It also had a desk and working wireless internet. My only complaint with the room was that it was poorly lighted. The parking lot seemed too small for when the hotel is at full occupancy. The front desk staff seemed bored and disinterested in the guests, but the cleaning staff was friendly and responsive. I had a hard time keeping my 2 year old son quiet after a 7 hour drive, I received repeated phoned complaints from the front desk without advice or sympathy, and there was nowhere safe to take him within the hotel where he could play.”

• Quiet, Clean, Friendly Staff.
• Staff did not check on Breakfast supplies/food.

“The only problems that we encountered were during breakfast and evening swim. They ran out of many of the supplies/food during breakfast and someone had to go get staff to replenish. During evening swim they had a group of people/kids, not staying at the hotel that came to the pool. We were unable to use the hot tub.”
