• The rooms were clean and comfortable.
• The pool was full of trash and inoperable.

“I would recommend it to anyone who needs a place for an overnight stay, that is affordable and clean. It is near roads that are accessible to San Antonio and Austin.”

• Only the location.
• The staff, the breakfast, the security (there were strange people walking around in the hall).

“I did not feel secure at this hotel, there were many strange people in the halls at night; I always had troubles finding the hotel staff, me and other guests had to wait up to 15 minutes until someone showed up; a young fellow who received me was very kind, but a lady with whom I cheeked out was very rude, I paid with credit card and she not only refused to give me a ticket, she also refused to tell me how much she charged me, up to this day I don't know how much I am going to be charged, I begged her to give me a receipt to know how much I was going to pay, but she refused in a very rude manner and she almost screamed at me, I think she has very serious mind problems. I defintely would not stay again at this hotel and of course I would not recommend it.”

• The room was clean although it had a distinct smell like medicine which was probably what they used to clean it with.
• It was old and the room was in a breezeway all the way in the back.

“Due to the location and age I was somewhat disappointed at first but after viewing the room I realized it was ok and it met my wife's approval which was the main thing if you catch my drift. I think the cost could be some dollars cheaper per night. It served its purpose however and I would recommend it for a one night stay.”

• The staff was very responsive to our requests, always available to assist us.
• No complaints.

“We were traveling with our daughter and granddaughter. Called to see if we could expand the reservation from 2 to 4, encountered no problem. Check in was pleasant and the staff was very helpful during our stay. We did not expect much from the rating, but we found a refrigerator and microwave in the room, the room was clean and the hotel itself was well-maintained.”
