• It is very clean, the staff was very friendly.
• It is somewhat off of the interstate, but it is close to other centers in the city.

“I thought the staff was very helpful and friendly. They offered a nice breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.”

• The pool and breakfast.
• The front desk staff was unfriendly. Room smelled of sewer. No elevators.

“The hotel overall was clean. Our room however smelled of sewer. The cleaning staff did provide us with a cleaner that they poured down the drain to help with the odor. Our room was on the second floor and there are no elevators so we had to carry all of our belongings along with three small children. Front desk staff was unfriendly but the cleaning and breakfast staff were very friendly. Over all it was a good hotel.”

• It was in a very good location with shopping and eating places right next to it. They also had a very nice indoor pool.
• I did not like the bathrooms in the room.

“This hotel was nice for a short trip for the price. The pool was very nice and the staff was friendly. They do need to out actual bathrooms in the rooms rather than a storage closet with a toilet. (Not very good if you have a husband like me if you know what I mean!) Also would like to see the chains or those things at the top of the door. My 2 year old loves to open doors so he was running down the halls every time we turned around very irritating!! But rooms were clean, pool was nice and staff was friendly.”

• Great staff, very clean, excellent location.
• Too far from the interstate, but so is the entire town.

“This truly is a great hotel. I was there over the weekend. The gentleman working the evening shift was exceptional. Very nice. I've been staying there for years and it only gets better. They seem to have a lot of new faces there now. I know the guy on the evening shift has been there for some time now. The hotel is very clean. And you could not ask for a better location. There are restaurants all around the hotel. The Mall is right across the street. Wall-mart is right down the road. One drawback is that it is 7 miles off the interstate. But it is real easy to find.”
