• Absolutely nothing.
• The clerk charged us an extra $20 and asked that we make that payment in cash only / sounds a little fishy to me.

“I did not like the hotel, I think the hotel clerk was trying to pocket an extra $20.”

• Machine candy was stale, cereal was stale and coffee bad.

“The hotel is located next to railroad tracks and next door to adult bookstore. The noise from expressway is very loud. Light bulbs were burned out in room. Paint peeling in bathroom.”

• Location.

“I loved the location for my trip. I felt save and the room and clean with plenty of towels. Staff was friendly and breakfast was great.”

• The staff was very helpful and friendly.
• The location was horrible, noisy interstate and xxx store.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself was not very great. We could easily hear the busy I-35 from our hotel room and the beds were very hard. Also, the hotel is directly next to an adult entertainment store. Otherwise the hotel was adequate, but I would never consider staying here for a vacation trip to San Antonio.”

• The staff was friendly and location was nice along I-35.
• It was hidden by the Adult Megaplex.

“I basically needed a room to crash in for a few days. It was fine. There were no fridges, so I had to drink warm beer and for some reason the cleaning staff took the old towels and did not replace them.”

• I didn't like it at all.
• Cleaning lady was rude plus check out time was confirmed at 12pm and it was at 11am.

“We asked the manager what time the pool closed since there was no sign, and he said after 10pm just no children allowed so the cleaning lady was rude when she saw us there. The location is not very convenient and no restaurants near by.”

• Easy access.
• Adult video next door.

“Room was clean; staff appeared to care about our stay, easy access to Downtown, parking lot well light. I would stay here again. Motel is an old building but kept.”

• Location, cleanliness, safety 4 my family and me.

“Hotel, right next to XXX store, door to room would push from outside in about 2", moving door from inside, in & out never could get dead, bolt above door knob to secure door, top one worked but door still move to the inside about 2". Didn't feel very safe or comfortable.”

• It had a refrigerator in it that's all.
• First, the tub had mold in the walls and second, I seen a roach in my room and just 1.

• Friendly staff, good breakfast options included. OK area as far as access to locations in San Antonio.
• Carpet seemed to be very dirty, wall in bathroom was peeling, and paint & material were falling off.

“We would have been more pleased if the carpet and bathroom were cleaner.”

• The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful.
• It was to close to the freeways and in a bad neighborhood.

“If you don't mind bad neighborhood and being close to the freeways then you might be ok with this hotel. It's also had to get to.”

• I was happy to see that my van was not stolen during the night, and happy to be leaving the hotel.

“I charged $10 more dollars for a non smoking room upon arrival. Was not pleased with that but overall was pleased with room and service.”

• Never had I had such bad experience.
• Not clean. Very dirty. Air Conditioner did not work.

“Our troubles started before even arriving at the Hotel. I had called the hotel and requested two double beds, we called the hotel to ask for driving directions and confirmed our stay. They told us we had a room with only one bed and if we wanted a additional bed it would be extra. We took the room either way, that night we turned on the air conditioner and it made the MOST HORRIBLE noise we had to spend the rest of the night with out air. On top of that this hotel is right by the railroad tracks and the train noise added to the air conditioner noise did not let us sleep, mush less rest. This was the most unpleasant hotel stay.”

• No hot water ¿ room smelled like cigarettes.

“No hot water! When we called the front desk it was as if we were putting them out. They said everyone was trying to take a shower at the same time. Aren't they supposed to be prepared for that? The pipes rattled. The room smelled of cigarettes (had not been deodorized). I will not stay there again. Also a train track is directly behind the motel. Every 15 minutes you could hear the train come through.”

• Easy to get on and off the interstate.
• Could not take a shower. Toilet kept overflowing. Trains all night.

“I did not like this hotel. It looked and felt dirty. The bathroom was stained dirty. The shower rod was a piece of plastic that would not keep the curtain closed. The toilet kept overflowing. There was a train that kept passing close by every couple of hours through the night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Nothing, I wish I could get my money back!!!!
• No Breakfast available, no toilet paper, no security, bad location.

“I did not enjoy my stay at this Motel for the following reasons, no toilet paper in rooms, room #220 is not properly securable due to faulty door jam with no motel plate, we was told of breakfast being served between 8-10, there was not breakfast there, railroad tracks run behind the Motel and kept us up at night, Adult Video next door in which my kids found a condom in the pool, pool was not clean. Our stay was terrible!”

• Carpet was sticky, room was damp.

“The people working at the front desk could not speak English well enough for you to understand them. We arrived a day early and required an additional night and they were unable to provide me with a credit card receipt. The room was dark and damp and didn't smell clean. The carpet was so sticky you didn't want to walk on it with bare feet. The pool was so cloudy that you couldn't see the bottom and had so much chlorine in it that it burned your nostrils from the smell. I would never stay at this hotel again and would definitely not recommend it to anyone else. Days Inn should keep closer track of hotels with their name on it.”
