• Rustic look, but was new. Felt like a cabin in the woods, in a major city.
• WIFI didn't reach to inside the room.

“Had a rustic look, but everything was clean and everything seemed to be new. WIFI didn't work in the room, but the table just 20 feet away worked fine. TV was an old style and small. Didn't get an option for a king size bed, so we ended up with two queen beds.”

• Nothing.
• Everything.

“It was awful. We had 3 rooms and they didn't clean one of the rooms at all. The other rooms they half way did - didn't make the beds, etc. The trash outside was overflowing onto the ground causing roaches to gather. It was an awful experience and we won't go here again!”

• Friendly staff. Easy access from freeway.
• Beds were very firm.

“Easy in and out from loop 410. Very helpful staff. Printed directions available to local retail stores. The pool was not ready for use but it looks like it will be fun when done. Play area for children. Porches at each room to enjoy the evening.”

“Excellent family environment, friendly staff, room set up was great with separate bedroom living room, romantic hot tub, location a little hard to locate because of road construction, but centrally located and easy to get to other destinations.”

• Space in the room was very well organized.
• Jacuzzi & swimming pools walls need to be repainted.

“The air conditioning in the room felt humid, not clean and crisp. Aside from this, our experience was great. We really enjoyed the different set up of the room and the location is centrally located for our trip.”

• Location is good.
• TVs doesn't work, bathroom stinks, and appearance of the room is bad.

“I won't recommend because the appearance of the room is bad. TVs in both rooms are not properly working. Bath room was stinking.”

• Well I am going to have to say its pool.
• Basically a lot of things. The bathroom looked filthy and the dishes that came with the room were filthy too.

“Walking in, I was quite excited about my stay. The first thing I noticed was that everything around the hotel gave you a stay at home feeling. That was until I walked into my room. The restroom looked gray instead of white, the dishes given by the hotel were dirty, and the bed I was forced to sleep on was painfully hard!”

• Rooms are dark.

“The hotel is family friendly. Staffs are very helpful with our needs. There's a playground to entertain small kids. The room and bathroom are old. Rooms are dark and musty smell.”

• Inexpensive and large accommodations for large families.
• The standard rooms could use some renovations.

“The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The standard rooms, the pool and the playground are all great for those with larger families. The rooms could use some updating but they were clean and comfortable. The hotel is not really close to any of the major attractions in San Antonio. But it is convenient to all of them. If you plan your days right the kitchenette and barbques can save your family a ton of money on meals.”

• The staff did everything to accommodate my needs.
• The pool hours were set too early on the weekend.

“This hotel is amazing. It is a very friendly place. Great for even the youngest of kids. The staff did everything they could to accommodate our needs. I would stay here again if I visit SA in the future. Yeah the area is not the best with the tattoo parlor and two gentleman's clubs an exit down but there is a on site security guard that walks the premises all night. This hotel gets an A+ from me!”

“Room had a very bad odor. The staff could not do anything to remove it and made no form of adjustment - they just said that they knew about it, but could not do anything.”

• No daily cleaning of rooms.

“The hot tub was way too hot, and, while it didn't bother me much as I was by myself, not with family, some patrons did not like that the hotel did not clean rooms. The cleaning staff asked if you needed anything (towels, trash bag to empty your trash), they did not change linen unless asked to. Overall, my family and friends I visited and I loved the family atmosphere, the pool, the playground, the bar-b-queue, and the very friendly and helpful staff.”

• This hotel had a very friendly staff. They were always helpful and available to answer questions.
• The hot tub was broken.

“The pool was wonderful for the kids and the room was decent. Think it was a little to expensive for the quality but overall it was a good experience.”

• Queen sized beds.
• Bathroom smelled like an outhouse, phone did not work, building trash outside window, no help from employees.

“I feel like their description was very misleading. This place was right off of the freeway, it had potential. Our room was pretty nasty. I purposely chose a higher star level than we normally choose because I did not want to feel nasty. I couldn't even use the bathroom because it smelled so bad in there. It was worse than an outhouse. Outside the window, there was a huge mess. A pile of building supplies that were obviously trash. How hard is it to dispose of that stuff, really? Our telephone would not work at all; we couldn't even call the front office. There was not any informative paperwork in the room and we couldnt call the office, so when we walked over for breakfast at 9:15, it was over. When we mentioned the problems (bathroom, phone, trash), they said "we'll get a work order turned in for those". That doesn't really help us out, does it? It was overall very disappointing. I was so excited to find this place and was going to recommend it for a "girls trip" we are having later this year. No way would I ever recommend this to anyone! I could have spent a lot less money and been less grossed out! (And had a free breakfast!).”
