• Door was jamed & couldn't get back in the room!

“The hotel itself was ok, but I was disappointed that nothing could be done about the total price after I was locked out of the room for several hours after the door being jammed, and noone could open it-not even the hotel staff. I waited for hours after a long night just waiting to get in my hotel room. Also, the key card wouldn;t work to get into the gate. The pool is surrounded by trees so there were lots and lots of leaves in the pool. I was suggest have someone maintain the pool & spa area more often. The towel bend was empty for hours...Other than that, it was a nice hotel.”

• The staff was very helpful and friendly!

“The hotel was very clean and the air conditioning system in the room worked very well, which was exactly what we need in the South Texas heat. We did not have time to use the pool, but it looked very clean and well kept. The security of hotel key entry into the parking lot and the building made us feel safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly!”

• The hotel was very clean and nice for business travelers.
• The hotel did not serve continental breakfast free of charge like other residence inns.

• Central local. Close to airport and malls.
• Whirlpool hot tub was out of service.

• Good quality at a good price.
• Nothing stood out.

“Nice place for such a price. There was a charge billed to my credit card for internet usage. This was not disclosed to me before it happened. The hotel said free internet. They said I should be refunded it by tomorrow. We'll see.”

• This hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Great for the price.
• The location was in the middle of construction, but that won't last forever.

“This was a terrific hotel for our San Antonio trip. The kids enjoyed the pool. I thought it was very clean and comfortable for the price. The staff was outstanding. The only drawback was the construction on the roads around it, but that is going to be over soon.”

• Nice updated rooms, clean, comfortable, good breakfast.
• My air-conditioner had a little rattle.

“This hotel was very clean with a friendly staff and very nice rooms. I would recommend this location to anyone. If you want to really sleep late, the airplane noise may be a problem to you. It was not a problem for me.”

• It had a pool.
• Rooms were dirty. No roll-a-way beds available like add said.

“My bathroom was dirty, my bed was dirty, they brought me linen so I could change my own bed. When I picked this hotel I picked it because it said roll-a-way beds available, they refused to give them to me, they were only available for one room.”

• The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The room and bed were great and the free high speed internet was awesome.
• Breakfast was a rip. $10.00 for a waffle and coffee. I assumed the it was free like most.

• For the price, did not provide a continental breakfast. Breakfast bar was very overpriced.

“We were overall pleased with this hotel. It was very clean. Noise level was a little high in the mornings, but to be expected with an airport close by. Disappointed that there was not a breakfast included for the price. Breakfast bar was very overpriced.”

• It was very clean. Everything smelled very fresh.
• The buffet was a little high for adults.

“I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean. The pool and hot tub were also clean and spacious. If you are a family staying, you may want to eat breakfast at McDonald's next door, buffet was a little high, but other than that it was very nice. The staff was very friendly too.”
