• The hotel was very clean and nice for business travelers.
• The hotel did not serve continental breakfast free of charge like other residence inns.

• Whirlpool hot tub was out of service.

• Good quality at a good price.
• Nothing stood out.

“Nice place for such a price. There was a charge billed to my credit card for internet usage. This was not disclosed to me before it happened. The hotel said free internet. They said I should be refunded it by tomorrow. We'll see.”

• This hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Great for the price.
• The location was in the middle of construction, but that won't last forever.

“This was a terrific hotel for our San Antonio trip. The kids enjoyed the pool. I thought it was very clean and comfortable for the price. The staff was outstanding. The only drawback was the construction on the roads around it, but that is going to be over soon.”

• My air-conditioner had a little rattle.

“This hotel was very clean with a friendly staff and very nice rooms. I would recommend this location to anyone. If you want to really sleep late, the airplane noise may be a problem to you. It was not a problem for me.”

• It had a pool.
• Rooms were dirty. No roll-a-way beds available like add said.

“My bathroom was dirty, my bed was dirty, they brought me linen so I could change my own bed. When I picked this hotel I picked it because it said roll-a-way beds available, they refused to give them to me, they were only available for one room.”

• The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The room and bed were great and the free high speed internet was awesome.
• Breakfast was a rip. $10.00 for a waffle and coffee. I assumed the it was free like most.

• For the price, did not provide a continental breakfast. Breakfast bar was very overpriced.

“We were overall pleased with this hotel. It was very clean. Noise level was a little high in the mornings, but to be expected with an airport close by. Disappointed that there was not a breakfast included for the price. Breakfast bar was very overpriced.”

• It was very clean. Everything smelled very fresh.
• The buffet was a little high for adults.

“I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean. The pool and hot tub were also clean and spacious. If you are a family staying, you may want to eat breakfast at McDonald's next door, buffet was a little high, but other than that it was very nice. The staff was very friendly too.”

• Convenient to freeway/airport. Friendly/helpful staff.
• The hotel is dirty. Carpets are filthy. Maids do not clean up spills after guest eat in room.

“The hall and room carpets are filthy, I would not let a child play on the floor. the whole hotel is dirty and needs cleaned. The maid service does not do a thorough job at cleaning, they do not wipe surfaces after the guest has eaten dinner, leaving sticky spills that are obvious.”

• The feather pillows made me wake up with a neck ache.

“This hotel was very clean. It has a great pool and hot tub. The room was nice, but the bed was too hard and the pillows were too soft. It's a good hotel to pick if you're just staying for the weekend.”
