• Breakfast was fantastic!
• Late check out is only until 1:00 pm and a half day rate is only until 3pm and.

“The hotel was great! But the hotel room was like staying in a closet it was so small. I was with my husband and it had one double bed that looked closer to a twin bed. I asked if we could move to a room with a larger bed and they wanted to charge $30.00 extra so we stayed in the tiny room.”

• Room was so small-bed wasn't even a queen for two average size adults.

“ I finally got the hotel location correctly-I made the mistake thinking our bad experience was Baton Rouge when it was San Antonio. Bed was too small-room was tiny. It was a rainy cold night and the happy hour room was cold and had three buckets for the leaks. ”

• Did not get one of the suites, but for the price that was fine.

“The hotel is very close to the airport with a free shuttle. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room and the lobby were clean and inviting.”

• They were very unpleasant.

• OK for the price.
• Room & swimming pool are too small, one double bed instead of queen.

“This hotel is OK for business travelers but not for family or leisure. You cannot find the address from the GPS, and there is no direct exit from the HWY. We stayed three days and got lost every day when coming back to the hotel.”

• I did not like the room, the service or the location.

“This is my first bad experience. I felt as a beggar who had been provided free shelter. In every other hotel I have been able to get two beds as my wife needs a bed of her own except in this one. It was, take what we gave you. As a result I slept on the floor. The room was in a very noisy area. Each time somebody closed their room door it would cause vibration on our room door. You could hear everyone talking outside and in the rooms next door. In short this was a very humiliating experience.”

• It was a bit far from downtown and was difficult to access because of construction.

“The hotel room was very clean and the facilities were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing is that it was a bit far from downtown.”

• Check-in guy worked really hard to find us a room after the one we booked wasn't available.
• Room was a little dark, still felt a little old.

“Loved the suite. It felt a little dingy / old but overall everything was great. The breakfast was amazing. Ellington's, the hotel restaurant was very good. The kids loved the indoor pool. Overall great.”

• I liked the overall ambience; it had a quiet comfortable feel.
• Our room was located by an employee & our room smelled smoky & there was a main door that locked our area with another room.

“Overall I enjoyed our stay at the hotel and I would stay there again. I would just know which rooms to avoid. The hotel was very nice and it had a real homey feel to it.”

• The rooms were great and huge. Also the breakfast buffet was very convenient.
• The bar did not have a blender to make any pina coladas, strawberry daiquiris, etc. Also, the bar didn't have Michelob Ultra or Buchanan liquor.
