• Reasonable price and good walking distance to my destination.
• Room was lacking seating area and trash cans.

• Parking Garage.
• It did not have the best looking hotel rooms, but for the price it was ok.

“The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean. It was not a far drive to the River walk, and they do offer a covered parking garage to hotel guests free of charge. The rooms were not the best looking, but for the price I can't complain.”

• I liked that it was in walking distance to about everything in downtown.
• They said there would continental breakfast, and all they had was packaged muffins and apples.

“It is nice for the location and the price. If luxury is what you want, dont choose this. If you want something just to sleep in and spend the rest of your time else where, its great.”

• Hotel was shot on staff that weekend, bed not made, toilet clog up, batteries on control dead, the staff did the best they could.
• Only one elevator working, room was not ready, not even after I left to downtown and came back. I had to go down and get my own linens/make bed.

“The hotel is located in a great area, close to down town; the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable.”

• Nothing.
• The non-smoking room that I stayed in smelt like smoke.

“The hall way ac units were not working, the ice machine on the third floor was broke, and the non smoking room that I stayed in smelt like a smoking room I will never stay there again.”

• It was located near major attractions.
• Seemed to cater to a lot of rowdy partiers.

“It was a nice hotel. Due to Fiesta it was very full and we had to have a smoking room which was not pleasant. Also probably due to the price value, there were many young Fiesta party goers who would noisily return to the hotel during early morning hours. Viva Fiesta!”

• The hotel staff were very friendly and helpfully with our inquiries.
• Nothing.

“I would recommend this hotel to all our friends. There were some drawbacks, train horn at night, etc., but the location of the hotel is perfect for walking to all events and the staff was fantastic and helpful. Would definitely return if in the area again.”
