• Computers set up with internet. clean. decent complimentry breakfast.
• Bathroom was way too small. heater/air was right next to the bed.

• Close to the airport, clean and spacious rooms.

• It came with a continental breakfast.
• This was not a four star hotel, it also was not a full service Hyatt.

“We arrived late at night. They did not have two double beds so my daughter was going to sleep on the fold out sofa BUT it did not have bedding and the fronts desk told us they could not get us any. I ws under the impression this was a regular Hyatt but it was not, it was more like a low end Marriott property.”

• The pool was very uninviting for the price of the room.

“The hotel itself was great for family travel with older children because of the layout and cleanliness of the room. I dropped my diamond ring down the drain and the staff responded very quickly to retrieve it. They could not have been nicer!”

“Husband and I needed a great price and easy access to airport for a 5 am flight. We checked in around 8pm so weren't able to try complimentary evening wine and breakfast. No complaints whatsoever for our brief stay.”

• The room size was perfect for our family and they slept on the couch bed.
• I wish they had a hot tub.

“Everyone was very friendly. The rooms were big, clean and nice. We loved that our kids were almost in a different room. They slept on the couch bed and there was a divider that separated them from us in our king size bed. We really used the kitchenette and pool daily. It would have been nice if it had a hot tub though. The breakfast we very nice and we were very pleased.”

• Too remote.

“Well, this is a standard hotel as thousand others in the US. Very uniform to the other Hotels of the same category (i.e. Hilton Garden inn, Hamton Inn).”

• The self check in/out was terrific! The room was clean and up to date.
• There was a false fire alarm that went off at 6:00 am and continued off and on for over 2 hours.

“This hotel is a family friendly place! We enjoyed our stay, even though it was for only one night. The staff was friendly, but a little slow at our request for getting another blanket, there was no extra blankets/pillows for the sofa bed. We were so close to downtown San Antonio, it was worth it not to stay downtown and deal with the hassle and expense of parking. We will be back again!”

• It had a bed.
• No bathtub, shower leaked onto bathroom floor and A/C woke us up every time it came on.

“This hotel is definitely for business travelers only! Unfortunately, if you've had a long day, you won't be able to sleep at all because the air conditioner will wake you up every 5-10 minutes when it turns on. It was the loudest AC unit I've ever been around. There was no bathtub that I could bathe my 22 month old daughter in. The shower had no door, so the water ran onto the bathroom floor each time we took a shower. The room door did not close gently, it slammed each time you tried to close it. We realized this and stayed at the door to close it so it wouldn't slam, but no one else at the hotel did. It is ridiculous that we heard when people entered or left their room every single time. The last night we were there, there were several people going in and out of their room, leaving the pool, etc? They were being extremely loud so my husband called the front desk to complain. They never took care of it.”

“We had a great experience (3.5 - 4 stars) with this hotel. We would stay there again. It was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice/safe environment. No fast food around except Wal-Mart McDonalds down the street. Upscale restaurants/shopping across the highway.”
