• The view out the window.
• Hotel was dirty in the hall ways.

“Didn't offer to help us with our bags upon checking. Hit with additional hotel fees and parking fees upon checking. Description of hotel was inaccurate. Will not stay there again.”

“They should not say that it has a good view to the Riverwalk because the view is not good at all, the room has too many stuff and no space to go around.”

• Window did not lock, no screen (not safe at all).

“Our room had a window that over looked the river and the window opened up with no screen on it for protection and the window did not lock. My 3 year old could have open it and fell 5 ft to river below! It was not as close to the river area, we had to walk about 3 blocks to get to the part of downtown we wanted. They have rooms that connect to one another and some drunk tried to get into our room late at night and was wiggling on the adjoining room door knob, it scared my 3 year old to death.”
