• Free wireless internet in the room. Free parking.
• Somewhat far from the Riverwalk.

“Pretty nice hotel. Free wireless internet in the room is definitely a plus, as was the free parking. Continental breakfast was pretty packed on the Friday we were there, and they were struggling to keep enough food out. Although, there were some very greedy people there.”

• Cleanness, quite a good breakfast, free water on demand.
• Small lobby, small breakfast area.

“At first, I wondered why this hotel belongs to 2.5 rating. Even though it looks clean, it has quite a small lobby, small breakfast area, not so good indoor swimming pool. However, breakfast and free water service were pretty satisfiable, particularly in case you stay with your family.”

“Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was very nice with a lot of variety, fresh cooked waffles. The hotel was a little too far away from other restaurants, convenient stores, etc. Very quiet area.”

• Friendly staff, good value, indoor swimming pool.
• The computer in the lobby didn't work.

“A nice and clean hotel for family and business travelers. My kids loved the indoor swimming pool. Breakfast was not bad, and it was included. Friendly staff, and convenient location. It was a good value. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• The staff was very friendly everyone from front desk to housekeeping.
• The business center was not available due to only one computer and it is in a bad spot because there is no privacy.

“This is a very nice hotel its location is also good. We were minutes away from many of the beautiful spots in san Antonia. This is a hotel I would stay in again and again.”

• Staff was very helpful. Loved the internet in lobby. Breakfast was exceptionally good.
• Not enough parking by hotel. Had to park in lot of next hotel and walk. Fairfield lot was well lit though.

“We would stay at this hotel again. No question. We were within 20 minutes of Lackland AFB, Airport, and downtown San Antonio. Will also look for other Fairfield Inns when we travel.”

• The location is good, there're some king-size suits, perfect for a small family.
• The lobby is too small.

“Friendly and helpful staff. We told him that we carried a 2-year boy, he gave us a king-size bed suit, and told us we could have free buffet breakfast in the hotel. The facilities are new, that's perfect. But the lobby is too small, maybe the indoor swimming pool is in the first floor. The location is ok, it takes 8-10 minutes' ride to Riverwalk, it was convenient and quiet in that area.”

• The hotel staff was extremely sweet and helpful!
• The indoor pool area was very hot if you were sitting on the side watching the kids.

“Overall we were very pleased. We will stay here again if we are in the area. It was a great hotel for a great price.”

“Only have one ice machine on ground floor. Front desk personnel did not answer phone and then were not at desk at 9:00 PM for quite a long time. Dirty linen in the hall way. We were on the third floor and heard excessive noise from all directions.”

• Inexpensive, close to interstate, close to downtown.
• I had to park at another hotel a little ways away when I arrived for the night.

• 24.00 per day no in and outs, poor security on parking lots.

“This is a older hotel trying to make it in very tight quarters. Very poor security on 24.00 per day parking. Coke machine was missing and ice machine broke on our floor. Large and nice rooms.”
