• Friendly and helpful staff from maids to front desk clerks.
• They charge for internet access, it should be complimentary.

“If you are going to stay in San Antonio fro business or pleasure this is the place to stay. Very clean hotel, rooms are nice sized and location. It is not far from anything, great central location between IH-10 and 281. Highly recommended!”

“Spent weekend in San Antonio, conveniently located close to the mall & restaurants, easy access to freeway to go to other places in the city, clean, comfortable rooms.”

• The breakfast buffet was good.
• The parking access was congested and the bathroom sink's drainage was slow.

“Good quality hotel for a few days of overnight family stay. The front desk staff was cordial. The parking set up was a little pricey, especially when you had to walk a ways to get to the hotel entrance.”

• The putting greens in the rear of the hotel. What a great feature.
• $10 to self park.

• The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly.
• I did not like the parking fees. To park your own vehicle you were charged $10 per night and to valet park you were charged $12 per night.

“Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The only negative thing I found was the parking fees. It was $10 per night to park your own car, and $12 per night to use valet parking, but when I received the list of the extra charges on my account I noticed they overcharged on parking fees. Once I brought it to their attention, they fixed it immediately.”

• Had to pay for wireless internet.

“Our car was broken into in valet parking and the hotel did nothing to assist us other than making notes of what happened. They said that it is a regular occurrence and their insurance would not cover anything. Most disconcerting.”

• It was clean and the staff was friendly.
• Parking was $10 a day and the bathroom was small. No microwave or fridge. No continental breakfast.

“We have stayed in many hotels and motels that were not 4 stars and have been just as comfortable and offered continental breakfast. The breakfast they offered was very expensive.”

“There were fees for parking and for use of the hotel computer. There was no continental breakfast, no refrigerator, and no microwave.”

“There was a convention of teenagers that were out of control. I was given the handicapped room with a double bed. Just one. Thank goodness they brought me a rollaway.”

• Carpe was damp/wet as if something leaked on it.

“The hotel is in a very convenient location and is well maintained. Staff was very professional and cordial. All necessary amenities were available.”

• They gave us a smoking room even though we had a child.

“They said for the lower rate smoking rooms were all that was available, and the staff was not very nice. They said you may get the lower rate but have to take what is last.”
